Like I wrote on my site, I found a new job, so I have less time to "work" on my tools but as you can see from this thread title, new releases are still on the go
Today is the release of GP4 Builder 1.04. It mainly brings a better support of imported/exported .3ds objects (adding texture support), adds the new one click object shadow feature and also some handy things like .gp4 face deletion and better detection of many errors that could lead to game crashes.
In brief : everything to create more and better tracks again

Fixed: wrong label for physics del button with CC-line and cameras
Fixed: in some cases, deleting a command, a cc-line section or a camera was disabled
Fixed: orthographic view was dependent to viewport dimensions
Fixed: big .3ds files are now imported into objects (instead of parts of one unique object).
Fixed: incorrect default .dat debug filename when .dat file was opened alone
Fixed: Missing 86 or 87 commands were incorrectly reported in track flag list pitlane section
