Surfers Paradise v1.02 Ruboys trd fixes (final version)

v1.02 fixes small issues with shadow textures.

This is the long awaited update to the GP4tmg Surfers Paradise track.
All updates have been completed By martin (ruboy) schubert, so all thanks
goes to him for his huge efforts here...thanks again to all involved in the original release of this track

-fixed sector positions at curves
-adjusted banks, verges and walls
-changed chicanes
-completely new kerbs
-changed pitlane entrance and exit
-new JipMappings
-new track cams
-new cc-line
-pit-stop bug fixed
-s/f line bug fixed
-grid bug fixed (left cars at the end of the grid started on bumpy surface)

.gp4 file (graphics)
-PLUS pitstands (no garages)
-new track surface (track from .dat)
-new kerbs
-removed tyrewalls at chicanes
-some new textures
-pitsigns
-adjusted object classes
-clipping distances
-materials
-some minor issue fixed

new magic data

new .col file

new .bin files

cleaned .wad file and fixed texture formats (->reduced .wad size)

improved tree/fence shadows... corrected shadows

updated various textures around track.

the track is available over at the grand prix 4 world...

Lol I was reading Ruboy's WIP thread and then noticed this has been released. :D Well done, great job!

great track , well done Martin, but i've noticed still some small bugs around the track. There are some shadows of trees where aren't trees around and sometimes the shadows from the fences are missing. And is it possible to remove the gp4 world logo and ttm logo on the bridge at the s/f line, it looks like unreal in my opinion.

yep...ruboy mentioned to me the shadow texures i updated had afew small probs.
will probadly stick out a v1.02 version very shortly..

the logos are easy to remove just open up gp 4 builder & go to the scene where they are & delete them...recompress wad etc & all is ok...

Logos will stay.

Either you open the .gp4 and delete them or you overwrite the textures in the .wad by inserting a transparent texture.

Shadow fixes are on the way...sorry for inconveniences...this shoud not have happend....

about the shadows it's no problem Martin, you've said you're working on it and that alright

The bugs have been fixed - Surfers Paradise has perfect shadows now
