GP4 steeringwheel

Hey there,

recently I got myself a thrustmaster ferrari458 Italia steeringwheel for my Xbox One. It's possible to connect to PC as well.
My question is (and yes, it probably has been questioned many more times) how would I set it up for GP4? The FAQ guide didnt get me any further..

I had a Ferrari wheel once, I used full steering lock & limited the steering sensitivity to make it drivable, hope that helped
