2005 mod crashes when launched along with TSM

I've been stuck with this issue for quite a while despite reinstalling everything. When TSM is not launched however, the mod runs as smooth as it's supposed to.

Specs:
Intel i3-2350M 2.3 GHz
4GB RAM
Windows 7 Home Basic 64-bit
AMD Radeon HD 7500/7600 Series

The log is not complete, but at least there's something wrong with the menu file.

What next?

It's best to use GPxTrack to patch menu data instead of TSM, because GPxTrack won't modify any files. But that's something the mod or track creator normally needs to do.
