I don t know about f1 2000ea . but in Gp3 by default Is unchecked an option flag called car power team dependant. If u use gp3edit or gp3master or simply gpxpatch to start the game, u can find this flag and put it on. by then the power will depend by your team choice. the reason of this choice by programmer was the problem of carsetup you need to modify team by team in base of power.by pippozzo - Grand Prix 3

The game (mod98, as GP3 default) is started by GpxPatch and you can see the CPU Occ I shotted, in several images, At monaco, without mirror details, at wet silverstone with mirror detailed. Some useful guidance on DgVooDoo and DxWnd. I recently tried both with GP3, and there are many differences, in terms of performance and how it works. DgVooDoo emulates a videocard "virtual" with the settings you are passing by the config program. That means all job is wrapped above your phisical GPU and CPU and it does really bad performance (starting race over 200%-300%)by pippozzo - Grand Prix 3

I found some post years ago, when I prepared my gp3++. The rad video tools should have some option about sound rate normalize amplify. You should have to set normalize or maybe amplify output at 0 value. Lets have try several combination with those option, I can t remember , actually. but it was a old bug in the tools. Ciao ragazzi. Per la carshape avevo anche cercato di lavorare su quella con Halo, allungando il passo leggermente e il cofano motore... Ok, dear. but comparing with DgVoodoo or virtualbox ald windows machines - however not able to execute hardware rendering for GP3 and gpxpatch - , if I can run it using proficently the modern GPU on a PC, installing Linux aside windows, it 's a great thing! it could be a EAX dll library problem, maybe some dll in GP3 2000 files is missing. Try to reinstall Gp32000 , have a check in this forum, something happened in past with EAX in GP3-2000 .by pippozzo - Grand Prix 3

by standard, starting without experience, you can have mind about the values of 1998 default in game. The maximum should be 16200-16300 and minimum about 15000. I expect it should be playble at maximum in 17-19 fps. If you set fps in Graphical settings more, it will up OP over 100% (particularly in start of race, with more cars in cockpit viewing). However I suggest put all off in mirrors - apart track and smoke -, and put all on in forward view. Resolution should at least 1024x768 , or less. This is solution to work in Windows 10 with GP3 1.13, maybe usefull for you. Use DGVOODOO, version 2.52. configure it to work in GP3 directory (as administrator), with "Dgvoodoo Virtual 3d accelerated card" , 1024 MB , with NoMipmapping and Fast video memory access, nd coping files directX wrapper in GP3 direcotry . de-check any other checkbox in that window. hi elio, I think you could to start by SuperCim works, you can find the patch around this form, Or by my GP3++ (let's find HAPPY NEW YEAR post), now it updated to 2018 , it had the halo carshape and pressing ctrl+1 and ctrl+2 with onboard camera you will find the Halo-Hud TCam. theoretically.... if you mod just with carset and GP3 Editor (without circuit mod) , it's ever possible obtainsoftware graphics by hardware graphics, so you can run in software mode. For that, it necessary just click on "Generate software" button in GP3 Editor for every graphic element , then re save the carset and export to game. yes. I confirm , with 0% rain it tries to load the sky hires bitmap with over height for CPU. Just put chance rain > 10% to avoid. But I didn't catch, what mean "it does not save the track when you exit the game" ?by pippozzo - Grand Prix 3
