Really difficult question but I'll give it my best shot. Germany 2000 - A great drive by Barrichello to win his first Grand Prix. He was lucky to make up some time when the Safety Car was deployed but ultimately it was his gutsy decision to stay out on dry tyres that brought home the victory. Brazil 2001 - As Gav has already mentioned - Montoya showing Schumi who's boss and his ruby count.bazley - F1
Anybody who thinks Tilke tracks are the problem are deluded and should look at the following link. In the past six years the Top 4 tracks for average number of overtakes in a dry race are all Tilke tracks, and 6 of the Top 10 are. It also shows that last weekends Grand Prix had the 9th most overtakes in a dry race in the past six seasons. This doesn't include the passes made on Vettel oby count.bazley - F1

Cool, I think iRacing has really bulit up some good momentum this year. As far as I know we have the following pieces of content on the way at some point: Cars Dallara IP 09 Indy Lights Doran Ford GT-R (GT2) Ford Falcon FG01 V8 Supercar Ford Mustang FR500S (GT3) Tracks Brands Hatch (due sometime between now and February) Mid-Ohio Oran Park Oulton Park Phillip Island Zandvoortby count.bazley - Other Games

It has to be post-2003, Minardi didn't have the white sidepods until Monaco '03 I believe. It looks like 2004 to me, I'm sure that's Bruni's helmet.by count.bazley - Other Games
Don't forget Alonso's start in Malaysia. And with regards to Trulli, don't forget in Australia he started from the pits as well and finished infront of Glock. The only times he's gone backwards this year is in the wet stuff. Barring accidents or reliability problems this race is between Trulli and Vettel; maybe Glock if he can get past Jarno in the opening stint.by count.bazley - F1

I think the most I've ever spent on a CD is £9.99, and even then that's very rare, usually around £7, sometimes a bit less, sometimes a bit more. I prefer having a physical copy of what I'm buying. Yeah, I have been immensely impressed with David Croft, Anthony Davidson and Ian Phillips during the practise sessions. Informative, insightful and it sounds like they're enjoying themselves along the way. I was particularly impressed with the way in which they answered viewer's texts - especially the one by a 10 year old - Anthony answered it in a way a child would have no problem undeby count.bazley - F1

From what I could gather Toyota haven't been running it at Jerez and Barcelona and won't start the season with it either.by count.bazley - F1
Sounds promising so far. Totally agree with Dave on the modding front, I longed for a game/sim that was completely open so I could race any series from any period. The only sim I have raced since 2007 is Live for Speed, no mods and it's great because if I want to go online this second I have all I need. Had some great pick-up racing and some fantastic league racing.by count.bazley - Other Games
flat tyre Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Other interesting points I saw: > > > Teams can use drivers other than their race > drivers in practice sessions. I don't think that is a change, since 2007 they can use any drivers for Friday Practice but they can only use 2 cars so it would eat into the practice time of one of the race drivby count.bazley - F1
The car is going uphill, it's a trick of the camera that makes the track in the background look like a steep downhill slope, it's fairly flat in reality I believe.by count.bazley - F1

Nice one Nico! I love this track, it's so fast. I'm actually glad it's not made from the existing roads. Edit: Surely they wouldn't penalise Alonso for that would they? They should just warn the drivers after practise if anyone cuts it again they'll get penalised. Or if they do it in the race at least.by count.bazley - F1

Well on this note I would just like to say thanks to Mal and Tom for doing the bulk of running this series, and of course to all the others who helped out at other times. I agree, the front wing supports and sidepod openings are identical to the EJ12 but the rest is a lot different. If anything I'd say it's a pick 'n' mix of F1 car designs made into a show model just for the Pit Lane Park.by count.bazley - F1
