F1 The team tried to grow to quickly. In 1998-99, it had 2 successful season and after the near miss of 1999 Eddie Jordan wanted to win, so he took on extra staff, thinking that was the only way, but there is no point having extra staff if you don't know what to do with them

F1 Money has gone into access roads around the track. You no longer need to take a picnic with you while you wait to get in and out. Car parks have now all been tarmaced over after the fiasco that was 2000. New grandstands have and are being put up. You can tell the whole place has had a general "spring clean". But bear in mind, it is still a work in progress.
