I borrowed SimCity 4 off a friend when it came out and loved it. I bought SimCity 3000 the other day which was pretty cool, still fun to play even tho it's old. I like the music in the games too, bit different to most games, bit like how GT uses jazz in the menu's :P.
I'm playing FIFA 09 on the PS3 a lot, I do 2 player manager mode with my bro - it's quite fun when there

Off-Topic yeah I like the new Newcastle away kit too! I'm glad they've got coverage of the Football League on BBC, I've been watching the highlights on iPlayer. I'm trying to support Carlisle a bit more with them being my nearest big team...

Other Sports I really like Origin of Symmetry - that's the album that got me into Muse. I saw them live at the MEN a couple of years ago and thought they were amazing, saw them at V last year but they werent as good (I think that's just a festival thing...).
Anyone seen this clip from Live and Kicking? I think this shows Matt's piano skills...he can make it play without touching it lol :P

Off-Topic would just like to say thanks to The Lopper! I read that Bill Bryson extract you posted and asked for the book for my birthday. My GF likes Bill Bryson and so does my mum so I've heard of his books but there hasn't been one that I've been interested in reading 'til this one. Only a few pages in but it's good so far, cheers!

Off-Topic Watched a bit of it today, was good fun. I like the way they show all the events, I guess there's not much else to put on ITV4 during the day on a sunday!

Other Motorsports Nice drawings there!
I bought a book the other day called 'How to Draw Everything', had a quick skim through and it doesnt seem to have F1 cars (quite a few other objects missing too...begining to think they've exaggerated the title a bit).
For f1 cars I prefer using a photo and making it grayscale, easier to see the light and dark bits :P

Off-Topic Facebook is the only one I use, I looked at Bebo but I didn't like the way it was customisable...
I'd go on to friends pages and they'd have say..a football team photo as their background making it almost impossible to read anything on their page and then after a couple of minutes some random RnB song starts singing about having sexual intercourse in a night time drinking venue

Off-Topic Thanks everyone...nice wordplay there Gui :P
I'm going camping tomorrow...not very far from where I live so it's not a massive trip. Going to a place called Buttermere in the Lake District - Beautiful when the weathers nice, not so good when the weathers crap...crap weather has been predicted lol.

Other Motorsports Cheers Bazza!
I felt bad because it seem's I've only uploaded one pic of him lol, so I put a few more at the end of the album now. The cars looked quite good to drive, I was expecting to see a few more bumps!

Other Motorsports Yeah it's sad news but like Gav said the charity match was perfect timing. It was nice they had that and also getting the life time achievement award at the BBC Sports Personality of the Year awards (think that's what he won anyway). I mainly know him through being Newcastle manager, I think I was a bit young to remember him as England coach.
RIP

Other Sports It certainly was a treat! It was nice having a lot of freedom to walk around the circuit to take pictures from different places. The Super League cars sounded great too, especially after the Fiat's! The Superkarts we're an impressive sight too with the number they had racing.
I was at the Grandstand on the start finish straight for the start of the first race where all of the Flameng

Other Motorsports Cheers peat, wasn't sure whether they'd say were only allowed in once the super league formulas start, looking forward to it..didn't know there would be a load of support races.

Other Motorsports think i'm gonna pop down for this. it's a bit dodgy though as it's just a link to an image, there's nothing stopping people from just copying the link and pasting it to anyone, but I guess they're not planning on it being packed! Do you get to watch all the events of the day or just the Superleague races?

Other Motorsports not bad not bad! I played for my local team Ambleside in the juniours, we won a sports award and got to meet Trevor Brooking. We weren't good though, the award was for carrying on despite getting beaten by 20+ goals every game lol :P

Off-Topic I wear my brothers black adidas preditors from '98, lasted a while! I don't play competitive football though, so if I did I'd probably buy some new ones. Do you guys play for clubs?

Other Motorsports I don't really like Jensons helmet this year, I liked this one from a few seasons ago
If Red Bull are strongest then I hope Webber can get a win, but it'd be nice for Button to win his home grand prix. Like someone said in this thread, it'd be interesting to see what Webber can do with a little less fuel on board and from pole position.

F1 Some of his stuff's made me laugh but the adverts for his standup I haven't found funny, maybe they were the only clean jokes so that's all they could put on the advert :P

Off-Topic I thought the first one was great for effects and all that, a bit weird at some points like when one of the transformers does a wee on a guy..
I'll probably wait for this one to come out on dvd and i'll rent it..

Off-Topic Switched over to the PS3 last year but I'm still waiting for a good racing game! That trailers really promising, the only thing I wanted with games like GT and Forza were large grids so that's the main thing I'm hoping for with GT5...

Off-Topic cheers guys
I'm liking that Monaco wallpaper, good to see Rubens with his original helmet, I don't like it when drivers change their helmets to suit there car :P. I bet that's quite a good part of the track for the amateur photographers to get some non-blurry shots!
