Heh, well at least it wasnt for the win, unlike a certain Nigel Mansell some years ago...

Ferrari got lucky.
Err....how exactly?
And sexysam, no BMW are nowhere near the pace of McLaren or Ferrari. They were light in qualifying and McLaren were evidently crusing during the race. Kovalainen's fastest lap was three tenths quicker than Heidfeld's. BMW have tyre management issues, whereas Mclaren a

His own fault for running the red light. I saw it happen and knew immediately that whatever the fall-out of the Honda pitstop mess, he was out anyway.

F1 'McLaren get fifth slot in paddock'
Sunday 9th March 2008
McLaren have been spared the ignominy of having the last garage in the paddock, ostensibly for logistical reasons.
With the order of the garages dictated by Constructors' Points, the British outfit were supposed to be housed in the last garage after being stripped of their points due to the Stepneygate scandal.

Nothing I dont think. Dequetteville Tce has 6 lanes and as far as I know there is plenty of room for the barrier to be extended further out. I havent seen the crash but my understanding is he clipped the i

Not necessarily. More likely they would've been having problems for several months before. I dont think it's fair to speculate though.

Well its a sim. Imagine if you had to make those changes on a real grand prix car, it would take anywhere from 5-15 minutes. Consider it a realism bonus...

Off-Topic Terrific effort mate, only issue I have with it is the car seems a little detached from the environment. Only just finished this, and it's probably the hardest/most time consuming drawing I've done so far. I was a bit disappointed with how some of the logos came out but thats one of the limitations of working with blunt pencils and A4 paper. Photoshop was used to clean up the background

Off-Topic Nick Fry has @#$%& it up so many times since he was given command. If it were any other team he would've been sacked long ago. It's typical of Honda's beurocracy that he remains, and while he does, that team are going to go nowhere. As Gav said, the buck stops with him. He may not be directly responsible for the engineering of the cars, but after so many consecutive failures (2005

F1 I think that if a driver does go off the track from time to time in testing he is not testing properly. Tests are mainly about car development, which calls for the driver to be consistent in order for an accurate development curve. If it's about driver acclimatisation, say for the lack of TC and engine braking then ok, you may have a point.

Off-Topic I cant believe his parents were wishing for him to come home. I know my parents would've changed the locks on the doors if I ever did something like that. He's a total retard - I doubt he'll go far in life. He must have a hell of a manager though to be able to maintain such positive exposure in the media...
