I think that if you have a reasonably modern computer (probably a 600mhz machine is modern enough) then it'll be fine. I had to install Win98 on a machine yesterday, and it was just horrible compared to XP. The joy of XP is that you rarely have to install drivers for anything. I didn't have to install one driver for my hardware to work. Not only was it working fine, but XP is also *veryby Zcott - Grand Prix 3

Oops. Not SideWinder. The Precision Racing Wheel, I think.by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
On the topic of systems: How much would a FF MS SideWinder wheel be, the one you guys all have? Second hand, I mean. I know a guy selling one, and he asked me to make him an offer. £30?by Zcott - Grand Prix 3

Pretty much, Alex! My bro is into buying and selling computers, and when he doesn't get parts fast enough, he pays me excessively to take them from mine :D Soon I'll have the ultimate system!by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
I have different games for different moods, lol. But when I get my new system going, I'll be gaming a lot more. For now, though, it's a toss-up between GP3-2000, HL, and CS!by Zcott - Grand Prix 3

I gave up on Winamp after it was playing my CDs too quickly and crackling nastily. Bad stuff. I'm now using RealOne...the integration of RealPlayer and RealJukebox. It's really quite delicious to use, but it helps if you have a lot of RAM. I much prefer it to Winamp!by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
well! this thread is CRAZY! So crazy i can barely understand it!by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
Habi, it's a motor-racing belief that the most attractive cars are the fastest ones! Examples: McLaren in 98/99 Jordan in 99 Jordan in 91 Williams in 96 etc.by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
The nosecone on what? I've found a lot of them are very pretty with the exception of the Arrows.by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
Arrows haven't launched their livery yet, it's only a provisional one. And the Renault one isn't so hot either, but I have to put up with it as Renault is who I am driving for. The Renault overalls are particularly garish!by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
From 1904-6 he conducted the Bolshoi. In 1902 he married his cousin Natalia Satin and from 1909- 12, as vice-president of the Imperial Russian Music Society, worked to improove standards in the music schools of the smaller Russian cities. The greater part of his opus was written by the time of the Russian revolution in 1917. In December of the same year, he used the oppurtunity of a Scandinavianby Zcott - Grand Prix 3
It is tempting to explain Sergey Vasil'yevich Rachmaninov's lifelong outward stoicism, the icy demeanor he always exhibited when performing, as a protective mechanism acquired slowly and painfully in his youth, when one difficulty after another presented itself to a sensitive, naturally withdrawn young man who was nevertheless determined to make his way in the world as a musician. He haby Zcott - Grand Prix 3
Anyone tried this? REUTERS, LONDON A new phenomenon is emerging on the Internet and like all geekish fads it involves terms seldom, if ever, heard elsewhere, such as "cuneiform meatspace" and "carburettor logotype." The second symphony and particularly the first movement is best characterized as being merry and tender. Many listeners have heard it and suggested it was a "glimpse of nature, a spring day amid soft mosses, springing woods, birds notes, and the bloom of flowers." (Specht, Richard). There is a very strong sense of metaphor with the work, although much like Beethoven, the metaphorical coby Zcott - Grand Prix 3

Yes, I like it that way! No annoying smilies to clutter up the forum....it's all nice, and simple. And text-based. That's what I like about this forum moreso than any other GP3 forum. Also. Who haven't we seen yet from the old phorum? CDN_Merlin would be one.by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
Anytime I played GP Manager 2, I always had a great team that just went straight downhill. Much in the way Prost did, 1997 - 2001. It makes me think that those games were realistic after all!by Zcott - Grand Prix 3

I loving all the action on this forum! It's *much* better than the other "breakaway" one with the popups. But yes, I would love to live near a circuit! The closest I've gotten is in the grandstand at an F1 race. Hungary '97 and Silverstone '92 were my two races. I'm hoping to get out to Albert Park next year for the race, thoughby Zcott - Grand Prix 3
I quite enjoyed studying Arthur Miller, actually! I'd also enjoy hearing the sounds of a wailing V10, though!by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
Pfff....Alex and Nick, you have no idea how lucky you are living so close to a circuit! I've driven around the Albert Park circuit too....family holiday to visit relatives in Melbourne a few years ago was the obvious opportunity to go driving around Albert Park! I was amazed just to stand on the grid there and see all the tyre marks still there a few months after the F1 guys had put them thby Zcott - Grand Prix 3
