Just one hour, 22 minutes and 30 seconds left on my download of this file...by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
There and on the second page. I don't think there's one big zip file of them, you'll just need to download them all seperately. They're rather good, though!by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
You can put the replay length up to 90 minutes under an option somewhere.by Zcott - Grand Prix 3

Graphics. RAM will help your loading times a lot, and might improve the performance of Windows. But if you're wanting to do a lot of gaming, get a great graphics card. And I found GP3-2000 is runnable in 1200x1024! It runs rather slowly, though!by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
Man, I loved the curling! It kicked serious ass! It's deliciously tactical, a lot like snooker. And F1, actually!by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
Not sure about the wheel, but the sound is programmed to be quiet whenever you take your foot off the loud pedal.by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
I think he was working on it, but it seems to have been abandoned. It's not so bad, though. There's lots of other editors out there which do what gp3edit did, they're just all seperate.by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
Nice pictures! You must have hit someone's wheels at a rather rapid speed to get that high!by Zcott - Grand Prix 3

In the folder you have Art Tool installed, there should be a file called sample.tas. Open this in notepad, and change the file names around to .bmp instead of the usual. Then, in art tool, go to edit > load team art. If you're using Ralph's 2001 set and all the team arts by Stephan Seguin, then the Menu Arts are all different and rather wrong. What soundcard are you using? Checking "use reduced channels" in the sound options might help.by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
Well, at Le Mans they do race for over 10 times longer than F1 races....by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
Yes, a great idea! Let's turn F1 into the ALMS, except with diesel engines!by Zcott - Grand Prix 3

Have you downloaded gp3.exe v1.13? It's available on this site. And if the decrypted version won't download, try downloading it from alphaf1.com/gp3.by Zcott - Grand Prix 3

0% steering help. I didn't figure out low sensitivity zone, so it's at the default, and reduce with car speed is at 0%.by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
Back in the GP2 days you had to download a new cockpit which put the rear wing in the mirrors. I am not sure if this is available for GP3.by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
It's best if you just install GP3-2000 first, and replace the .exe with the no-cd patch. If you really need a list of things to download, just ask.by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
GP3Edit doesn't work with GP3-2000. Download Jon Walton's Carset Creator 2000, or Luca Cantaluppi's SetManager if you're using Ralph Hummerich's big 2001 carset.by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
If you're using GPxPatch, you can edit the keys.ini file to change the keys for acceleration and braking. Just be sure to change the car up/car down/in car view/tv view keys to something else.by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
I had a good look through all the photos at that site. The most revealing ones are : From these we see TV-style timings, different shapes for all the cars (with mirrors on the outside!), good use of the garages, improved qualifying monitors and different pitwall box shapes. Roll on GP4!by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
Yes. I replaced the jams of the old (2001) cars with the new (2002) cars, and those are all in the right positions.by Zcott - Grand Prix 3

Have you modified the .tas file with the correct bitmap files? There's a whole set from this site which have the filename of 2002.bmp, and you need to make sure the exact filename is there. You can open the .tas file in notepad, here is mine: TASVersion=1 Team1=Ferrari 2002.bmp Team2=McLaren 2002.bmp Team3=Williams 2002.bmp Team4=Renault 2002.bmp Team5=BAR 2002.bmp Team6=Jordan 2002.bmpby Zcott - Grand Prix 3
Usually they'll only do one flying lap on most tracks. There's tracks where tyres get better as they wear, but they are rather few and far between, I think.by Zcott - Grand Prix 3
