yeah its like ive said before, i think its gonna sit between the like of need for speed and GP4, should be fun and immersive and cater for those that arent hardcore sim racers, but good fun online with mates. still, im open minded about it, and looking forward to it, GRID is terrible and the good thing about this is the devs worked on GP4 and are F1 fans so theyre gonna want to make it as goby LS. - Other Games
in one of the videos from the gamescom show the devs said that they had a room full of steering wheels that they were writing the software for, if your current wheel is supported in Dirt 2 then it may still work in F1 2010 i'm only guessing though, if your gonna get it for PC then i imagine some bright spark somewhere will come out with a patch to get it workingby LS. - Other Games

someones done a comparison video, but the interesting thing is that during the weekend of the gamescom, the cheif games designer ( steven hood) twittered that they'd broken the wet weather function ( dunno how) but on the forum today he's said that the full wetness wasn't coming through properly so it was easier to drive in the wet than it should be. but it has now been fixedby LS. - Other Games

Full list of supported peripherals In the past month or so we've received a lot of questions regarding which racing wheels & controllers are officially supported F1 2010, and now that the list has been finalised I thought I would post it up. Below are the racing wheels and controllers that F1 2010 OFFICIALLY supports: Please note that we'll hopefully be looking at increby LS. - Other Games
one thing we do need to ascertain, is who own an XBOX, PS3, PC and get some private online race sessions organised so we dont encounter any of the professional wreckers me and Dave spoke about in the PS3/Xbox thread Im a PS3 gamer as only have a laptop now as my gaming PC is in need of a total rebuild for gaming, so anyone else who's interested in setting up a GPG Forum online race festby LS. - Other Games
I think the main thing here we need to look at is the immersion factor with F1 2010, we've never seen a F1 with this degree of features for a start, the little things like the driver sat in the car in garage, his hands moving as he stretches his fingers, the mechanics working on the car whilst he's doing it. The press conferences, talking with the media, visible punctures with the deby LS. - Other Games

I read that ai retires with gearbox problems and on the videos posted in this thread the race engineer tells you to manage the car when your in the wake of the car in front as your engine is over heating I would imagine that would lead to retirement otherwise why go to all the bother Also read that allocated gearbox rule applys, stewards assess infringements and can hit you with a grid penaby LS. - Other Games

Started racing online with Grid, F1 06 and Dirt 2 with my mate in a closed enviroment and its brilliant fun, went online last night on my own and chose some of the open races and it basically is full of wreckers Not fun at all, whats the point in trying to race when some idiot just wants to shunt you off on purpose? pricks!by LS. - Other Games
