Grand Prix 3 Frankly speaking, I see no sense in attempts to use GP3 1.13 instead of GP2-2000 'cause GP3 1.13 doesn't have many options - moreover, in '2024' topic I've already posted basic carskins & carset, and mikanhassaku made a set for GP3 1.13. You know, I don't use GP3Edit to export/import anymore, only for a pre-performance calculation.

Grand Prix 3 No need to get in panic and reinstall the whole game.
GP3 uses two types of files for the wheels - sw jams with bmp inserted ( tyres seen from outside ) and bmp for cockpit view.
Usually installing by GP3Edit but can be installed manually.
If you use GPxPatch you can find /change the tyres in Edit carset window or in gpxpset.ini file.
Simply you should have bitmaps for the tyres in Gp3Jamsh\T
