That does looks like mirror that fits 1550 car shape. Since it shows in cockpit mode I'm guessing it is part of front suspensions (on car shape not cockpit), because that is only part of the car that is visible from cockpit view. Goggles look much better now.by soulbringer - Grand Prix 4
I'm also guessing but it has got to do with compression when converting to .tex It is either DXT1 or DXT5, hopefully someone with more experience on the matter can tell you which one it is.by soulbringer - Grand Prix 4
Yeah that looks stunning! Oh now you must finish that one.by soulbringer - Grand Prix 4

Managed to turn it into EPS using Kizz's and quickslick's images and a lot of spit and duck tape. I hope it helps.by soulbringer - Grand Prix 4
Hi, kizz welcome back. Thanks for that image above. Wow look how close it is to real car, especially considering it has been build from scratch. I'm grateful for all interest you guys show for mine and kedys work, I also know it's because you expect the best from us and its humbling to know that. The front part length has been tweaked already. But I see as kizz pointed out real probby soulbringer - Grand Prix 4

Here is a really nice one Dome f105 update made by Alesi_fan. It is new exhaust shape and texture, and it looks so much better then previous one. Here are some images to illustrate what have been changed. Old: Updated, new: Link: I haven't really tested this in game so report here if you have some issues. RC 4 nothing gets closer. On serious note great sound! Also very nice models there. Should be cracking mod if gezere is on board. Awaiting progress screensby soulbringer - Grand Prix 4
That is horrible news mate. I'm so sorry.by soulbringer - Grand Prix 4
Exciting to hear you plan to start modelling cars. You can't export into .gp4 file from 3ds Max or any other similar software except Z-modeller. So that's what you'll need it for if you make cars in Max, to export into .gp4 file format. I mean you can make cars in z-modeller, but if you are used to max interface it can be tricky to switch to z-modeller and do cars from the scratcby soulbringer - Grand Prix 4
+1 :-D @vesuvius Amazing screens! Thank you. I suspect you don't use latest version of McLaren. There was some release around page 10 or 11 in this tread. I wonder why are air intakes yellow on one Jordan shot?by soulbringer - Grand Prix 4
Wow they look incredible! Awesome work guys.by soulbringer - Grand Prix 4
Thanks for nice comments all. @TalkboxMusik there is option in csm menu to select 3d rims. In "The mod configurables->Rimtype" @quickslick thanks a lot mate, I'm sure those will be very useful. So I have been doing next car I got a long way too mapping was done and I have split the car in pieces (I do this to preserve normals during all exports, Maya to .fbx and fbx to 3dsby soulbringer - Grand Prix 4
@vesuvius Thank you.by soulbringer - Grand Prix 4
