Thanks to everyone. viking75, I dont know your Monument Valley but i'll look for it. I've to say that it was a lot of fun doing the set but i did it backwards. I first did the 3d terrain and then the track, i wont do it that way again. I'm not happy with the textures because they look real from long distance but are very poor in short distance. After posting my first track here (UpDown Track) I give you now a new fictional track. The idea came from a Google Earth travel... I love water dams and always thought thar the Hoover Dam in Nevada is one of the finnest. The logo is a tribute to the Warner Brs cartoons and BipBip has a lot in common with car racing. Great Update! Thank you very much TomMK. I´ve just run in quickrace and the Ai run 5 seconds faster , i knew that my CC line was a piece of junk... I didn´t had any problems with the names because i use TSM to load the tracks. MagicData , well ... each one as its preferences, i dont like to run very long races but i like to make 1 stop in the pits, so i shorten the number of laps toby RuiTap - Grand Prix 4
I´m almost finishing another track , its called Arizona Track but in reality its base is the Hoover Dam near Las Vegas. In fact I started it before the Updown Track but was not happy with the final section, so i had to rebuild part of it, still have to solve some problems with the pit entrance and to improve the scenario. First of all many thanks to TomMK for solving those problems. I haven´t tried it yet but i´ll give my feedback from your improvements. To viking75 , my 3d models are made in Sketchup, i make the texture mapping there also but have to do 3 steps before importing into GPBuilder 1st . Export as 3ds and import into ZModeler 2nd - After importing in Zmodeler readress the tga texture to the materby RuiTap - Grand Prix 4
I Have some questions for the experienced track editors: 1 - I'm making a long tunel (60 sectors) in other track, is it possible to show the shadow all over that length ? I tried to invert the normals in the track.jip, it worked once but not in the long tunnel. 2 - Is there any anyway to rotate an object with snap or input the amount of degrees? 3 - If i want to move the shapes from everyby RuiTap - Grand Prix 4

After getting so much information and goodies from this forum i thaught that i should pay back with something. So i post here a link with a new track made by me based in the original silverstone. The track is entirely fictional and has some ups and downs and a high crossed passage (like an 8 shape track). Hope you enjoy it!
