Did you do a clean install of the latest version of csm (1.27b)? Do not install it to \Program Files. Just install it to C:\ZAZ Tools or something like that. yes, if you change anything in tweaker (or even) gpxpatch (which works with shared memory), it might corrupt replays (and hotlaps). not always and not for all values, but it might.by Carl_gpgames - Grand Prix 4
you missunderstood me. if you save a replay, then modify the exe (f. e. cameras or whatever), then that replay want work anymore. it's not a matter if your exe is original or not, it's just that you must use the exact same exe to play the replay which you used to record it.by Carl_gpgames - Grand Prix 4

these sounds are from the original game, they are all stored in radio_eng.bnk. Some of them are played very rarely, others i have never heard in the game (the game was released in quite a hurry and they might not have finished that part).
