Yeah well, just rename the drivers' name in the performance file I think. That might be enough. If you want to take over the drivers' performance as well you have to change this in the performance file as well. I hope I could help you with this.by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
Windows 8 sucks, don't use that. What Windows 7 do you have? Is it Home Edition or Professional, is it 64 bit or 32 bit?by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
Paul Ricard pre-1988? YES!by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
@madotter: Which track is this? Monza?by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
Which track?by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
A long, long time ago, when I was a young GPG user, there was another user who was able to create not only sparks but falling leaves in the game. When we would know how he did that we could use it for the sparks as well. By the way, does anybody around here know what happened to the man who built Laputa, I think his username was GP44?by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
How do you get this insane good ingame graphics?by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
Well, I find it funny that GP4 creates even smileys inside the error log.by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
Thanks for that new version. But I've got a question: What do you mean with "GPxSet: Fixed failure probabilities for race."? Is there anything I've missed?by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
The original performance file of 2001 sucks. Write your own performance file for the 2001 season and you will be happy.by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
Well, finally I've fixed it myself. I should have chosen Macros and Cars before converting with Slimtex. What a stupid mistake!by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
Hello, after some busy months with almost no GP4 I am back with another error that occured when working on my own cars. First I converted all 11 cp_Teamname.tex-files to tgas and changed their colour. Only their colour, and nothing else. Now I wanted to convert the tgas back to tex-files to use in the cars.wad, but Slimtex "eats" the files everytime when I want to convert them. They areby TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
It's really amazing how you bring back a piece of motorsport history to all of us. Your cars and tracks are the greatest. Respect for this achievement. You are a hero Pedro.by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
Step 1: Turn the volume to zero. Step 2: Hear music from somewhere else. Done.by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
Just reinstall ZAZ tools. Then it will work.by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
GPxPatch 4.44? Did I miss something?by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
Really great work! But when do you release Südschleife? I'm waiting for this track since ages.by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
"Grober Preis vom Oster-Reich" and "Grober Preis von Deutschland". Well, that's funny guys.by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
Yes, that's right. I never got a mechanical failure when this option wasn't ticked.by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
Smoke under the wheels when braking!? I wanna have this as well!by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
Well, I remember that SDI was working on supporting 22 different steering wheels at the same time ingame about a year ago, but I really don't know anymore if he succeeded and put it already in GPxPatch.by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
Sounds and tyres of 1998 would be important guys.by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
Here is a Top Ten-List of the most busy people at GPG: 1.SDI 2.SDI 3.SDI 4.SDI 5.SDI 6.SDI 7.SDI 8.SDI 9.SDI 10.SDIby TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
Great work! And your next track to release is Nürburgring-Südschleife, isn't it?by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
Well, I have no idea what is different mapped there. The tyres look like having an identical shape, just the sidewalls are inside out or something like that. Would you explain me what's the problem with the different mapping then? I want to learn it.by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
Different mapping? Doesn't matter, great SDI can fix this in 5 minutes!by TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
SDI schrieb: ------------------------------------------------------- > I'd say give it a try I've fixed several > problems, but I can't guarantee it will work now. Well, finally I found the time to test this. The sidewalls are not white anymore, they are somewhere between white and gray and they all have four yellow OZ-Logos on them. Yes, the logos are on the sidewallby TGF1DRIVER - Grand Prix 4
