by the way - thank you, Ruben, for helping meby huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
so I did before I loaded the 1994 MOD... ?by huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
Oh, it seems that I'm the only one who cannot race this great MOD? Couldn't anyone give me a hint, how to get it going, please?by huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
Ooops! What have done wrong? Just played some other mod on CSM without any problem, then loaded all two parts of this 1994 mod and then - see above...by huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
Hi did you solve the problem already? I had it several times too...by huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
...though I'm impressed by the great work put into fictional tracks I'm still a purist pursuing my own fictional racing career (I wished I had accomplished in real life ) - so I'm suffering a little by the absence of classical tracks like Zolder, Sebring, Daytona Beach etc. Is there any hope to get them some day or should I better learn to create them myself, which I don't thiby huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
You got it, mate Well done! It was in the Pitstop Editor (I used an older version without checking the values before...) - I had set the fuel efficiency of that certain car to 10 instead of 100... Thanks a lotby huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
last time I had that problem with a car I think it was because of wrong order of materials or missing material...by huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
Yes, it's a CSM Mod and I'm using GP4 Tweaker. The performance file I modified with GP4Phys. I had running other Mods in the same way without problems so far... Thx for assistanceby huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
had the same problem importing gp4 car files - solved it that way: first of all I converted all *.tex files which belong to a certain car (xyz.tex, but not hi_xyz.tex) to xyz.tga files (some of them you find in the 'shared' folder, for example 'cockpit_damage.tex' etc. ...). Then I put all in a folder (gp4, tex and tga files). Now I can open it without problems in zmodeler orby huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4

nice to hear from you, Ariel, after quite a while. The mod uses 17600 rpm. I just tried out another physics but apparently nothing changed... No idea what makes just this one and only car drink so much fuel ? best regards Karlby huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
could it be you're using a faulty mod, haha...by huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
the mod I use is Meteoros great 'gp4modenduranceseriesbeta095' and I tried it on several tracks as 1988 Paul Ricard (cleberpister and plodekk 2010) or zhuhai (made by jimbob1 in 2007). It seems to me that the problem is not related to the tracks and affects only one car (Team #09, First Driver only)...by huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
Oh, I figure I was too lazy to find out but I just found it out by myself right nowby huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
I tested it now with myself as the driver and the same occured - I just could see on the the display how fast the number of laps I was fuelled for dwindled... 1 lap completed and three laps less to go...by huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
Many thanks for answering so fast... I'm well aware of the fuel parameters... The odd thing is, that all the cars fuel consumption behaves like it should except of that one (Team #09, First Driver=...) which has double the intake of fuel and strands somewhere out on the track, because it runs out of fuel before it could enter the pits...!by huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
so this is really a newly developped crazy problem: one of the 22 cars has double the fuel consumption than all the others and so it regularly runs out of fuel... what is this? Anyone had this before and how to solve?by huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
in GP4Builder2017 I can open a *.dat-file? I wonder how to do that (step-by-step, because I'm a little slow-witted)...by huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
thanks Rene - I just downloaded your newest GPxPatch-version and will test now my different mods - I share your suspicion of a faulty mod since I modified a lot in them... Will now try to find out which faulty files I implemented unknowingly...by huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
any working link available, please send...by huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
hm, I also thought so until klausfeldmann told me, he could change the setup as often as he wants to... ? Even Rene Smit tried to help out with advice and after installing a fresh GP4 I thought the problem solved...by huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
oh @#$%& - the setup crash is here again - everytime I change my pitted cars setup more than twice, the game crashes... any advice is excitedly welcome... best wishes to all of you Karlby huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
that's right - it was only 253 lapsby huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
Just crashed the game to be sure, haha...by huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
Experimenting with long distance races, using Meteoros great sportscar and GT conversions I wonder if its possible to make more than 3 pitstops. I recently tested succesfully(!) some 254 lap race (via Magic Data) on petit Le Mans track...by huskyman49 - Grand Prix 4
