I'm bascially trying to simulate real top speeds for both AI and Player and found the best way to tweak them is via the MD file. That's why I would hope for an mode in GPxPatch that brings the behavior of V 443by tamburello - Grand Prix 4

This seems to be a problem in the magic data of the track. There are three values within the magic data file that affect the fuel consumption: Fuel=10730 Fuel consumption Player=17917 Fuel consumption AI=17172 Fuel affects both, Player and AI. Reducing this value means less fuel per lap. With the other two values you can tweak AI and Player fuel consumption separately. When all three vaby tamburello - Grand Prix 4

Ok, I will get in touch with you once I'm ready. I'm tweaking a bit more to add some features and gimmicks to the mod like the defpanel option or the "Eurosport Logo". By the way, I found the Brabhman BT59Y which was used during the first two races of the season. Does anybody know the author of this car? Looks great, can't wait to get the mod with updates tyres I updated the T-Cams (added onboardcamera.ini & viewpos.ini) I made some time ago (based on resolution 1980x1920). I also added some additional gp4tweaker features to the mod like pitlane speed limit tweak, pitstop timing tweak etc... I agree with the commentators here suggesting not to write the FIA. Currently the MODs for the games F1 2013 and F1 2014 were affected. We should not bring GP4 to their attention.by tamburello - Grand Prix 4
Thanks René @TomMK: OK, I will test these settings. Sometimes I go above 500 or under 485 to get real life topspeeds for each race. Until Version 4.44 it was no problem to in-decrease the md values, yet the game is using for the player car only the default value of the track while the ai got the fixed values. I'm really into realism in terms of topspeed, I have a collection from 80s-todaysby tamburello - Grand Prix 4
Hi René, sorry, it took a while longer but I had to spend a couple of days in hospital... I tried again and it worked for a while but after changing (unchecking) some values the same issue (only loading tsm releated files) has appeared again. Strange the it seems only the apply on my machine. I finally decided to go back to version 4.43 because of the the following change: "GPxSet: Excludby tamburello - Grand Prix 4
Ok, René, I got it work. I unistalled the whole GpxPatch and ZAZ Tools and deleted all remaning files manually and installed again and now it works, thanks anyway for your support Edit: Now it doesn't work anymore again... However, will play around and come back to you.by tamburello - Grand Prix 4

Thanks for your respones guys. I tested your f1graphics.cfg Excalibur (thanks for the file) but I have still the same issue. It's strange because normally all tracks work without a problem. Maybe it is something carset releated, I'm using the 2014 mod from GP4Central and here I have the high PO, with the 1992 Carset the PO was fine. I will have a closer look at it. Any got the same problem that when trying to start a race the PO rises into the sky? Before the last red light goes out I have a PO of around 45. As soon as all lights are out the PO is around 2200. My system is a i7 4790k, 4 GHz, 16GB RAM and a GTX 970.by tamburello - Grand Prix 4

I'm really shocked of what I read what these guys plan for the next years: The Hybrid should stay until 2020, rumors say that they'll only allow three gearboxes per season and two engines. Also in 2017 they plan to introduce the HALO cockpit protection system. So after decades of open formula racing were getting some kind of a WEC mixture. Why not directly switch to WEC then and do spriby tamburello - F1
I would say that Bullgard is the problem. Disable Bullgard temporary and try to run the game, this should work. Then enable Bullgard again and try to set it up so that it does not block the GP4 files anymore.by tamburello - Grand Prix 4
