I have re-uploaded the performance files for 1995, 2010 and 2013 that they were missing (i really don't know why they were missing in the first place, but anyway ...). So there should be a complete list for all seasons starting 1994 until today (2016 is also updated up to Suzuka)by gitanes - Grand Prix 4

Performance Files for 2016 season are updated (incl. Montreal). The download link is the usual one in my signature Happy racing! (i am looking for a Baku track, a working dat would be fine, to adjust perf files and magic data prior to next release. If somebody has one, please pm me! Many thanks in advance!)by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
i think this is the one by gp4vazalmitalia, but their site (www.gp4vazalmitalia.info.nu) seems to be no longer valid.by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
i will be doing the whole season, but the release will be every couple of races, as i usually do.by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
I started including the power-torque curve (.cap and .ini) since my 2014 performance package, the introduction of the new generation of hybrid power units, because they had totally different characteristics to the normal aspirated engines (V8 or V10) in original GP4. Simplified, you can say that physics and power-torque should be according to each other to match the characteristics of the engine,by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
I think, SDI added to the latest gpxpatch version the ability to use the TorqueEditor .ini file to patch GP4 in memory, but i haven't tried it out yet, so i can't tell ou exactly how it is done. But it is worth looking at it!by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
The torque curve for a CSM mod is a .cap file (in case of my 2016 performance package = V6T_855.cap) and is to be placed into the patch folder of the mod. For non-CSM mods there is a .ini file (V6T_855.ini) for TorqueEditor (to patch GP4.exe with).by gitanes - Grand Prix 4

Performance files 2016 Torque, physics and performance files are still based on 855 bhp (as for 2015) with a tyre-grip modification reflecting the softer compounds of this years tyres. So far, for dry sessions there is a good correlation to reality (<1%). Where necessary (as for resurfacing etc), magic data for tracks are also included. Remark 1: the teams and drivers order in the perforby gitanes - Grand Prix 4
Yes i will. But, as you have probably noticed, the cars are quite quicker this year, so i have to adjust this years physics and that takes time (and need a couple of races as reference). If all goes well, i hope to be able to have a first release after the flyaway races.by gitanes - Grand Prix 4

You can't! But you can download CSM (ZAZ tools) over at GP4central!by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
a. Install your downloaded mod into a separate directory (for example D:\GP4_2016) b. start CSM, select "Extra Stuff" on the left side, select your directory where it says "GP4 installation to create mod from" and press "Build" By the way, where did you get a 2016 mod from?by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
CSM needs a GP4.exe that is NOT altered by ANY other tool (inclusive TeamEditor). Every change you want to apply, must be included within the CSM mod. In your case, the number of gears is set via the performance files of the mod by including the lines: Team #00=7 Team #01=7 Team #02=7 Team #03=7 Team #04=7 Team #05=7 Team #06=7 Team #07=7 Team #08=7 Team #09=7 Team #10=7by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
Come on guys, why does it take so long! I'm preparing the performance files for the complete 2016 season and i would like to have the cars to test them! (although i understand that the ToroRosso livery is very hard to implement!!)by gitanes - Grand Prix 4

You start a race (non championship or championship), save it before the lights go green, then load the saved game into the failure editor and choose the failures\non failures for every single driver. Save it, go back to GP4, load the modified saved game and race!by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
The next update will be the final one, after the Yas Marina test day. Stay tuned!by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
Austin and Mexico now available!by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
AUS_Doug is right, but it is not only the magic data. Most important in my view is that the physics file and the power torque curve are based on a fixed bhp value. So, if you give some teams different power figures you end up with inaccurate data for those teams. That's the reason why in my performance files all teams have the same bhp value witch is the value used in the physics file.by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
