What an upgrade compared to the old version Just kidding about F1 Vritual job. It has been past 7 years between their work and drt01 release. So it's kinda obvius a big changeby Rot Teufel - Grand Prix 4

ROTFL Could we have this version too?by Rot Teufel - Grand Prix 4
Well, finally i try it. The only issue i have was at first loading were jip maps didnt load on track. Anyway at the next run, they appears since starting grid and so on for the next times. Despite the huuuge dimension files (300MB) track run smooth and fine, no clipping, popup objects and so on. Well done Other thins, i guess i'm start to become old, since i can run quite quell on first twby Rot Teufel - Grand Prix 4
Oh finally Thanksby Rot Teufel - Grand Prix 4
Another thing i found is since 4.43 the poleman start slow as hell in each race (power and grip). Someone else can confirm that?by Rot Teufel - Grand Prix 4
I try back the failure system, trying to play with original 1991 failure rates ( [1991mod.drivingitalia.net] ), since they've always work well on all distance, from 20% to 100%. At the beginning i've used the same values, but almost all cars run till the end (just one retire). So since those values were for team, i twice them to see if they works better. And they does. I tried to play with the new options and i update the 1991 performance for v4.43 From the performance side, nothing to say. Everything works great and i see a lot of AI battles. Some mistakes but it's a phoenix track issue. At the moment i just complete the Phoenix GP perfomance.txt, by using the % of running laps done by each driver (so less laps, more higher failure value: 0% of race =by Rot Teufel - Grand Prix 4
I just check and except for Buenos Aires Long, all links works. All links are updated or on first page, or on mine blog. Mangy Cours 1995: (doesn't need any patch) Montreal 1993: EDIT: here buenos aires. Even if has a 1979 name, it's just the long version of circuit with Turismo Carretera sponsors. About other progress i got something but it's on hold 'cause iby Rot Teufel - Grand Prix 4

thanks for the update. Since probably only new mods will recive the performance update (single car power and grip), how it'll looks like the new performance txt? Just curious to see how the new features will work since i play more with 1991 and 1995 mod. PS: single car failure rate will be implemented in next version?by Rot Teufel - Grand Prix 4
miki2000milos Scritto: ------------------------------------------------------- > how > how did you do that.. following the same instruction from jimbob1's TOCA RD2 convert guide (i don't think it's anymore online). well, i look for real race times and seems that i can handle them, meawhile is the AI is faster. I think i'll need to tweak all Grip Factor values to have more realistic times, since at Sepang i could run a 1.40.500, meanwhile AI can run 1.35.00 So great job to the physis creatorby Rot Teufel - Grand Prix 4
well another small cars mod. Most of the time mean fun and close races. At this point we just need a F3 mod for the future and circle will be complete Whatever will be the next one, keep workingby Rot Teufel - Grand Prix 4
At this point i hope that Prblanco will made a new performance calculator for all those new features. The failure point for car will sure raise up the realism as well the others new options.by Rot Teufel - Grand Prix 4
thanks, i'll check and let you know. Anyway it's a minnow bug. EDIT: now it's all fine. Thanks for the tip PS: i forgot how fast can run AI at Melbourne. I do a good qualify, but then a bad race.by Rot Teufel - Grand Prix 4

finally i was able to download the update. Oh boy, i guess it's mine second modern F1 mod since F1 2009. Great job, i really like it. The only issue i found is related to rear wing shadows, that often are overstreched (both on default and custom tracks). With older version this doesn't happens.by Rot Teufel - Grand Prix 4
