Hi there Would any of you know how to make gpxsat appear as it is shown on live timing of official formula 1 site? this is the url: and this is how I think it should appear on gp4 I just don't know how to change it from gpxpatch. Would it be possible?by gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
Hi Lo2k I'm really from Brazil. Is the telemar problem solved yet? I just can't access your url. Anyway, congratulations!by gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
Oh yes... I wish I should ask you how to change it, but as I'm running tomorrow thought it's not a big issue at all. I hope till december we have at least seven new layouts (monaco, hockenheim, this france, belgium and bahrain, nurburgring and spain), revised and with no bugs. You guys are doing a superb job.by gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
Hi guys Some new pics of this awesome work Have a nice day you all. We need that.by gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
here it goes even better now approaching to a better setupby gildoorf - Grand Prix 4

Hi there I set a 1:14.175 with a 4 laps setup and 1:14.678 with a 15 laps setup. CC drivers are running fine, best are 1:14.560 (alonso - 15 laps), 1:14.688 (trulli - 15 laps). All other drivers come along. I noticed second split time is much better to me and last split is better to cc. Noticed too that on that big bump at Complex du Lycee affects a lot the bottom of the car... Therefore,by gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
Hi there Lo2k, there must be a problem on connecting your site here from my computer... From www.grandprixgames.org and www.gp4italia.org I simply do not get a fine connection. Would you please send to my mail your brillant editor? Thanz then. gildoor@hotmail.comby gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
hahahaha This thread has gone through a strange path... But, anyway.. things are going on May the force be with me.by gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
I had this problem once. I think the best way to solve this is keeping a xxx.car file (2005.car, for example) from Teameditor 3.0 always backed up. If u install a sauber or a jordan and problems like that come out, u just re-install the file.by gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
thanks vader. I decided to build it with mdf. It's easier to work with - a friend of mine is going to do it - and painting will be less expensive.by gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
Hi there Thank you all so much for the help. I think not a big space is needed, but an independent CPU should be better. I LCD monitor is needed to, I guess. The race was in interlagos, and i became curious after watching on tv they were using GP4 as simulator. Also it was not permitted the cockpit view, only the t-cam view, and I think it was a semi-pro racetype. LS, i think drawingby gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
Hi there This weekend Petrobras has promoted an event on shopping center offering three simulators, using a williams cockpit shape, sterring wheel with forcefeedback. The computers were not connected to each other, you had to run a three lap race and set a best lap as possible. Ten first would gain bottoms and t-shirts. I set a bad 1:19.341, eventhough none of the present could manage any bby gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
Hi Eugenio said: "-This shapes works only with Hi-res Helmet textures" I ask: is there a Arai shape that works with low resolution (512x128) textures? If there is, would someone say so? Thanksby gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
Hey dude... I made it up. Just converted a tex file to tga using tex2tga, erased all content and paste my job. Then save and it's done: Simple that!!! Thanks anyway.by gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
Thank you Steven! But don't you know how to do this on corel's?by gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
Hi there. I'm trying to make my new helmet with corel photopaint. After saving image on RGB 24 bit TGA format, I go to gp4 master and it asks me to make a 32 bit image with alpha channel. I just don't know how to. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.by gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
Well this is not an autograph. But late in 1999 I shook hands with Sir Jackie Stewart at Interlagos. I was leaving the circuit to the bus stop, when all of a sudden noticed a crew from ancient Stewart Team inside a van, and the guy sitting besides the driver - the tri-champion - was asking a traffic guard how to step out of that rubbish. That day Rubens Barrichello lead the race in frby gildoorf - F1
Hi Roberto. You wrote I can wait, so let's wait. I've got a Adobe Photoshop with a friend. Is it able to edit tga files? No matter on waiting. And congratulations for your birthday, cara! Gildoorfby gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
Hi R0b3rt0_38 I thnk you for helping me. I've just read your post. I'm sure I'll try a photoshop later. For now, let me just know if there's some progress on your blessed work! Gildoorf - Aracaju, Brazilby gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
Hi guys! Would some of u be interested on to making my helmet? I have no skills nor on 3d editor, neither with photoshops. I'm running for renault this year, and would like a helmet Low-Res (512 x 128) with this look: colors: most silver, orange, black, white (like albers) design: very simple, as webber sponsors: renault (course), and mild seven visor: silver Any one interesteby gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
Well, it's not a calculate. It's not a big issue at all... Just some I'd like you to see and say. What's your mail, Fongu?by gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
Hey guys. Would any of you be interested on evaluating an excel plan I've made for my own championship? It's not still finished, but if someone's interested, I can send by mail. Who then? Hi there This Gplapper must be awesome. But I didn't make it work, really did not understand how to use it. I downloaded Microsoft application but it simply doesn't work following the manual. Would someone please make a step-by-step instrucion? I thank in advanceby gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
Well I think Muks_C is correct about programming stuff. That's an enigma I tried hard to resolve installing every kind of magic files. I said practise because if there's a programming bug we have to face it aswell. Indeed, I use a six-gear setup. Aproacching to turn 7 (the first bend of corner) I have a big reduce from 6th to 4th gear, then, in the middle of two bends I desacceleraby gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
Hey guys. Thank you for the help. I have used Alessandro´s editor. But something really odd has come after update: my graphics were changed, some like a new graphics calibration has happened. Did it happened with you too? Now I´d like to know how to decrease fuel usage. I have that thing at double left corner, but practise work it out. Do you prefer Vizu´s or Acciari´s magic data?by gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
Hi there I've got some problems with CC's settings for Sepang. Computers cars do not not perform speeds over 283kph, despite of reaching 18.000rpm. My car performs 322kph, so it's a huge difference on high speed parts of the circuit. Also, on 100% race simulation some cars simply do not cross the final line because they are out of gas. This is very frustrating: on simulatioby gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
here's an example of a pit screen hey, how do I post a picture??????????????by gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
Hi Dahie! Thanks for tries... But I think it would be very simple, just edit Gpxlap and put PanelPageUp=NP_9 on the exact position of the pit monitor... Course with the correct layout, just as a real pit monitor. but it's ok, let's keep trying...by gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
I say those graphics just as seen at at Live Timing Official F1 website... I can't copy them because it's on a java plugin But it shoul show current qualifying in a most dynamic way, positioned right over the pit monitor... I dunno if it's tweak or patch, just asked if someone's interested on making this upgrade.by gildoorf - Grand Prix 4
