I guess we'll see more strict guidelines as to who wears protective gears during a race. Camera men and other people who standd that close to cars while performing a pit stop during a race should have protective gear simby aagancia - F1
You could also use Logitech's Gaming software. You could use it to set keytrokes for buttons you'd like to use. If you already have it installed, you won't need another software running in the background.by aagancia - Grand Prix 4
Great race by Vettel and Kimi. Had Grosjean released him earlier by maybe 2 laps, Kimi could have had a chance to win. Surprised by Mercs lack of race pace. I think it shows that Merc did not really gain as much as some people thought from their Pirelli test. Also surprised to see Alonso fighting for a podium in the end, great recovery from him. Massa's spin was weird, not really sureby aagancia - F1
This is the first time I saw a race thread here made after the race since I signed up (2004). The tyre failures made it a dramatic race. Really feel gutted for Hamilton, he seemed in control and on course for a win. Bad luck also for Seb(though I was happy to see him have gear trouble ) to make the championship more exciting. Great recovery from Alonso, Hamilton, and Webber, even Massa. Loby aagancia - F1
slight drizzle before the start. I'm wishfully hoping for freak circumstances and see Schumi winby aagancia - F1
Vettel 4th, Massa 5th, Alonso 8th. Massa is in a very intriguing position. Wonder what Ferrari is thinking about right now???by aagancia - F1

Great race. Bad luck again for Hamilton, like in Singapore. Bad racecraft from Massa and Perez. Perez deserved that penalty, he pushed the other car out and then went out of the track himself and rejoined unsafely, causing all the chaos. I bet Mclaren is starting to get even more nervous for next year. Good driving from Maldonado. He seems to have learned a lot lately. I feel the contact wiby aagancia - F1
what was the deal with the yellow flags on the back straight? I know Nico's car was there, but why did it take so long for them to clear the area? The lack of DRS on the early part of the race ruined the battle up front. I know Mark said he had a bad start, but it looked to me like a choreographed start to let Seb go through, and then Mark went alongside Seb into turn 3 to stop anyone elsby aagancia - F1
Yeah, I think the media is making the MS thing a bigger deal than it actually is.by aagancia - F1
The Korean track layout is actually ok for me. I think it's better than China. But there's just nothing to see around the track as your drive.by aagancia - F1
Great drive by Vettel. No errors and had a lot more speed left. His team even had to keep reminding him to be careful. I'm not a Vettel fan, actually hate the guy, but he deserves credit in this race. Webber, I hoped he would keep Vettel under pressure as no one else was in a starting position to do so. But... "first-lap nutcase" Grojean, well here's what he had to say..by aagancia - F1
fantastic P1 from Schumi. Shame he has that 5 place penalty.by aagancia - F1
That 2012 Williams looks even worse than the Ferrari. For me, they just stole the crown from Ferrari for having the ugliest car of the year.by aagancia - F1
Hi, The link no longer works. Does anyone have an alternate link? Thanksby aagancia - Grand Prix 4
OK, Great lap by Lewis. But he did it with an unfair advantage of having less fuel than the Red Bulls. He did not have enough fuel to get back to the pits. I'm not sure about the regulations about it this year. But in the past, there were regulations requiring cars to get back to pits after qualifying. Otherwise, all drivers would have to walk back or be fetched by the safety car.by aagancia - F1
yup, completely legal for 2010 regulations. Here's a piece from formula1.com... "When the safety car is ready to leave the circuit it extinguishes its orange lights, indicating to the drivers that it will peel off into the pits at the end of the current lap. The drivers then continue in formation until they cross the first safety-car line where green lights will indicate that they arby aagancia - F1
@buballo you have to select both "gp4.exe" and "gpxpatch.exe" in the logitech profile that you made. Here's what I have in my logitech profiler... "H:\Games\Grand Prix 4\gp4.exe;H:\Games\Grand Prix 4\GPxPatch.exe"by aagancia - Grand Prix 4

Glad to hear it worked for you. What's your sound card by the way?by aagancia - Grand Prix 4
I don't think its GP4 having a hard time with modern sound drivers. I think its Win7 and Vista dropping support for DirectSound3d which GP4 and most older games utilizes. I have windows7 and could not put checks on 2d or 3d sound. But, I'm using a creative sound card that has an application called Alchemy to solve this problem. All works like it was in XP with the Alchemy software. Bby aagancia - Grand Prix 4
I just messed around with my gp4tweaker. I forgot to mention, make sure that you have "gp4tweak.dll" in your system32 folder. If not, none of the gp4tweaker settings will apply in the game.by aagancia - Grand Prix 4
you won't see it in the GUI version of GP4tweaker. I don't remember the version I'm using, but I don't use the GUI version. It's been years since I last messed around with GP4tweaker. anyway, here's how you do it... look for "gp4tweak.ini" in your GP4 folder, open the file and look for "ffefffect". Set it to 1 to enable. close and save theby aagancia - Grand Prix 4
try the ffb mods within gp4 tweaker. There's a mod in it that gives ffb based on the sound from GP4. It gives you a lot of vibration when you run through the rumble strips. But it also gives a little bit of vibration through straights, a little more that I would prefer. I'm not home right now. I could give you more help with this when I get home.by aagancia - Grand Prix 4
yeah, quite weird. I thought Red Bull to be quicker than this after what they showed in quali.by aagancia - F1

Thanks a lot for the effort. You're right, the white version looks much better. Still would like to try the black version in game though. Where can I download the textures?by aagancia - Grand Prix 4
