Finally scored my first practice championship points! Very pleased with that, I know we at Demon expect more significant results but until then I'll celebrate the point with an extra drink tonight. (Orange juice, of course. There is such a thing as too much excess).by JebMotorsport - Grand Prix 4

Unfortunate race for DMR... ah well, you can't succeed all the time. Would get a bit boring *cough* Mercedes *cough*by JebMotorsport - Grand Prix 4
P15 for my first ever run in a DMR car in Free Practice... not too bad. Hoping to build on this throughout the year!by JebMotorsport - Grand Prix 4

I'd be perfectly fine with a blank helmet for now honestly, if that's holding things up. Hi MSchumi24, first of all many thanks with making this mod. I am trying to use 11 teams but one of the 'Team11' cars shows up as a Jordan, which makes it hard to tell without a unique livery. Is this a bug? Is there a way to import a fantasy livery for Team11? Thanks and sorry for restarting a very old thread...by JebMotorsport - Grand Prix 4

Because I need a helmet to compete, is anyone able to paint one for me? I was thinking a simple dark blue, with a silver fern on the left side of the head and the four red stars of our flag on the right. Cheersby JebMotorsport - Grand Prix 4
Managed to solve it - I was an idiot and didn't paste in the actual values on every performance file - just fourteen of the sixteen. D'oh!by JebMotorsport - Grand Prix 4

Still persisting with the issue - nothing I've tried has worked. I manually changed the mod to read from my custom performance file, which I pasted into the performance directory: Here's a screenshot of the file, confirming that my custom performance/driver names are present in the file that both the mod and GPxPatch are apparently using: Yet when I load into the game, theby JebMotorsport - Grand Prix 4

I prefer the first method Changing the file in the performance folder did nothing, weirdly. Manually editing in the .ini seemed to work initially, but when loading the game all names and stats are identical to non-modded valueby JebMotorsport - Grand Prix 4
Pretty much explained in the thread title. Frustratingly, even though I went through the painstaking process of renaming and editing all the stats in Team Editor, when I go into the GPxPatch settings in CSM to select my custom season performance file, the option is greyed out? Is there any way to fix this, or perhaps another method? Thanks in advance.by JebMotorsport - Grand Prix 4

I'm new to both GPGSL and the GPG forums as a whole, but I just thought I'd say hello and comment on how impressed I am by this sim. I run a similar community simulated championship (though not to this large an extent) on Twitter and I have to say the depth of this one is next-level. GP4's customizability and open-ended approach is easily its biggest asset; I've run countlessby JebMotorsport - Grand Prix 4
I managed to fix it by reinstalling both GP4 and Team Editor into a different folder on my other hard drive, deleting the registry and restarting my PC. Thanks again for the help Noog!by JebMotorsport - Grand Prix 4
For some reason, TeamEditor 3.5 (which was previously working just fine) has decided not to open. If I try to start the program, it simply gives me this error message: I don't know much French, but it seems I have been locked out of my own program. I've cleaned the registry, reinstalled GP4 twice but nothing works. If anyone could help, or point me in the direction of an alternativeby JebMotorsport - Grand Prix 4
Hello everyone! I'm new to Grand Prix 4, and I've just run my first simulated season with alternate universe driver names, the results of which I will probably post on this forum at a later date. However, I have no idea how to obtain and install mods; I'd like a 2002 cars and tracks mod to continue my simulated championship, but apart from GPxPatch I have nothing else. I'm running the game on Windows 10 Home, and files are installed on my.C: drive in Program Files/Infogrames. I've looked at the FAQ but got a bit confused and couldn't figure out a solution. I tried disabling the Intel chip but as far as I know the game didn't run on the 1060 as the framerate was exactly the same, the game chugged with higher graphics and the GTX1060 dby JebMotorsport - Grand Prix 4
Got the game yesterday and I'm really enjoying it: the renaming drivers feature is super fun and simulating AI races is pretty fantastic. However, I have a couple of small issues. The first and probably most minor is that the game refuses to recognize my GTX 1060 and adamantly ensures it uses my Intel integrated GPU at all times. It's not major, but it means I have to run the game wiby JebMotorsport - Grand Prix 4
