btw very nice track ! after a few fast laps I felt at home again, and loved it. thats the perfect layout for my hopelessly overpowered minardi is maxi82 still around ? addieby addie - Grand Prix 4
hi forum I had a look at the .dat and found a few sources of trouble. some pit lane related cmds were misplaced, and the attachment of the pitlane to the track was not precise enough. a few screenshots about the latter. entry: adjusted: exit: adjusted: you may get the .dat here: that .dat is just a working example. the original author may wantby addie - Grand Prix 4
hi forum as the old estoril track is one of my all-time favourites, I'm interested to have a look at the track and the problem. unfortunately my batang reading is a bit out of shape and I never know which button to hit on the 4shared-sites. is there another link available and is maxi82 still around ? or, if somebody could send me just the .dat ? thanks and best regards addieby addie - Grand Prix 4
hi forum as you may have noticed the latest version of GPxPatch also contains new goodies for us track builders. now you can have track specific jip-files, "as many" as you like, which is especially good news for the urban track enthusiast among us. and you even can change some jip-colors, though pretty limited at the moment. I again revised the pau/F-track to showby addie - Grand Prix 4
TGF1DRIVER, you are right, you can have the tracks scattered all over the windows installation and assemble them to as many and as different sets in GPxPatch/GPxTrack as you like. no need to touch the original game, just set it in GPxTrack. installing a custom track is a matter of seconds. I really like to encourage everybody to set up their tracks like that, I also help out if there are troubby addie - Grand Prix 4
hi forum first of all, thanks for the interest in that track ! but why not just follow the original instructions for installation ? or bring the subject to the original authors attention thanks to SDI/GPxPatch, having the track set up the way pau/F is, is by far the easiest and fastest way for loading a custom track into gp4. just copy the downloaded/unpacked folder wherever you want iby addie - Grand Prix 4
hey salvatore very nice and solid work ! I already had fun on the very first lap, and I'll sure drive many more of them ! no surprise your brother volunteered to test it addieby addie - Grand Prix 4

hi forum does anybody like to give the following track a quick try ? 11.4km-testtrack I just would like to know whether it loads and plays or not. and with that, what windows version you use, xp, 7, 32bit, 64bit ... just download and unpack the zip, and then load the included file paulhoad.dat into the trackmanager of the latest gpxpatch 4.20. and choose "20km" in the gpxtracby addie - Grand Prix 4
hi I had a look at that section of the track and noticed track segments 167 to 170 which partly looked not as straight as they could. I selected 167, clicked the move-button (F6) ("Force 16 feet distance" checked !) and slightly wiggled it, and did the same to the following up to the "problem corner" and noticed them nicely straighting out. then the track looked still aboutby addie - Grand Prix 4

I hit the limit at 1650 sectors, track 1494, pit lane 156. this track loaded, and I successfully made a pit stop and joined the race again. at 1651-1653 gp4 froze when loading the track "at the end of the bar", at 1654 and more (I also checked 1658) it crashed to desktop before the weather screen appeared (when loading the .dat that is. same as gp2.exe and gp3.exe were used to do also)by addie - Grand Prix 4
