Don't have the same problem, sound strange, even if I got the nvidia card working same way. I use compability mode xp service pack 3 and in gpxpatch enable debug mode/verbosity level set to high, use cpu to 0. You could try to change screenshot key to something else, from your gpxpatch directory, under keys.ini and see id it changes things at all.

got the game running, didn´t yet get the reshade effects to run, but oh boy this fixed one major problem that I have had for last 3 years. My gp4 wasn´t able to use nvidia card and used integrated intel hd 630 instead, but now with thanks to this I can use nvidia card and game looks even better, so very happy about that :D

Looks great, but how do you get gpxpatch to work with it? mine doesn´t turn on anymore at all. gp4.exe doesn´t work either.

I think gp4 cars must always have 28 objects and to be named in correct order, so you can delete the front wing, but you still have to have something there in car file named to left_front_wing and right_front_wing.
