I don't know if this has been mentioned before but the most obvious fault I find with the physics engine is that you can shunt other cars off the track without any damage to your own car. In fact this is the easiest way to win a race (same fault in GP 2, 3 and 2K). Montoya for one has demonstrated that the slightest contact with the car in front (MS) can cause far more damage to the car behby JW - Grand Prix 4
Hi there I know I should RTFM (read the f'ing manual) but could someone kindly answer this? Is it possible to access the car setup screen at the start of a QuickLap and Quick Race? Cheers Julianby JW - Grand Prix 4
The main point is being overlooked by most of these arguments. When travelling at that speed and proximity, racing accidents are bound to happen. Trying to apportion blame here is a complete waste of time. The major fact is that a penalty should never be given, especially during the race, if they cannot be almost 100% certain. Clearly this was about as 50:50 as it is possbile to get, so the biasby JW - F1

I have an older style MS FF wheel but now have a PC without a joystick port - only USB Can anyone please tell me if and where I could get a cheap adapter. Is there a 'daughter board and cable' I could buy to plug inside the wheel, as the wheels must be mostly the same design? Many thanks Julianby JW - Grand Prix 3
Thanks. G-forces aside there must be a lot in common for his changes to be perceptable in the same way in a real car and GP3. I am sure it won't be long before you have to prove yourself on a simulator before they will even let you loose in a real F1 car, same as for Jumbo Jets! When some drivers appear luckier than others it is probably because they can spot and avoid dangers better, and wby JW - F1
I am interested to know if the top F1 dirvers have tried GP3 and what they think of it. Has anyone any links to interviews?by JW - F1
Mark Blundell was certain from analysing the replay (and he had all race to do it) that RS was still accelerating and would never have made the first corner ('red mist' I suppose) On the other hand.. MS kept well out of the way, you don't suppose RBS was under orders to hold everyone up to allow MS to sweep past do you? A Ferrari tactic if ever there was one.by JW - F1
