ive set compatibility mode to win98 and its still crashing. is there any hope of getting gp3 working?by tax dodger - Grand Prix 3
ive had a search on the forum and found a post called 'anyone running gp3 on xp' from about july i think. there were a few things in there about FSAA and summin else but then the conversation drifted onto different things from what i read i think the problem relates to my gfx card: radeon 9600SEby tax dodger - Grand Prix 3
thanks your suggestion has stopped the calibration thing, and you were right, it isnt linked to the CTD problem. erm, now what do i try? is it a winXP thing? i know a lot of games are difficult with xp.by tax dodger - Grand Prix 3
ive looked at that, and althought i didnt quite understand it, i did what i think it said. First check if you have enabled "Save Changes" when exiting the game. If yes, go to your Grand Prix 3 folder and look for a file called "cards.txt". *Open it with a normal text editor and have a look at the graphic card listed there. If this is the case delete the entry and save the fby tax dodger - Grand Prix 3
hi, ive just installed gp3 on my new pc. every time i start the game i get asked to calibrate the gfx again. i got fed up of this and havent bothered to do it every time. gp3 doesnt last long before it CTD's, and i was wondering if this is cos i keep passing the gfx calibration. i even turned the gfx well down (my pc should run them full with ease) and it still crashed any ideas?by tax dodger - Grand Prix 3
ok cool, i have sent PM'd my email to youby tax dodger - Grand Prix 3
Hi, does anyone know where i can get hold of this utility for gp3, the link at this site does not work thanksby tax dodger - Grand Prix 3
yeah villeneuve and webber would be some team IMOby tax dodger - F1
i hate to say a word slightly against JV, but BAR did offer him a reduced contract. however, pollock reckoned it was a bit extreme and could not do any more negotiations. from what ive heard, sauber have been saying that they wanted JV but didnt know he was available. BAR should have told JV early in the season that he was out, that wasnt fair to hang him out to dry for a year. however, ifby tax dodger - F1
the smart move for button would be to stay at BAR. they have threatened to improve in recent years, and now they are rocketing forwards and to jump off now would be stupid. i think webber will go to williams, and god i hope villeneuve will too. ralf's only option would be toyota i guess, and DC needs some sort of kick up the arse, whether its a year out or a new team i dont know, but itsby tax dodger - F1
thats right liveries dont have to be symmentrical, but both cars have to be the sameby tax dodger - F1
hehe that sig sums up ITV, all you need to do is accompany it with a pic of an ad breakby tax dodger - F1

hmm i didnt know he went out in the f2004. i heard it was the f2003-GA. also i heard that burti was there in an f2004 and rossi was faster than him. btw - i was very impressed by rossi's motogp result this wkend. i missed the race cos i was racing this weekend, but ive read about itby tax dodger - F1
LOL!!!!! you guys dont ever think about 1st april 1994?? :p interestingly (or maybe not) that was the day before i 1st set foot in a kart.by tax dodger - F1
well after this year imola is off the f1 calendar anyway isnt it? if my memory is serving me correctly there then i think that the only reason it has a race this year is because it is 10 years on. i am very honoured to have been able to go to imola. i have some pictures of the senna stuff on the outside of tamburello, i will look for themby tax dodger - F1
hehe thanks. i can confirm that to the best of my knowledge there is nothing for ratzenberger at the villeneuve chicane. i only looked at the walls as i was walking the track, i didnt get a chance to have a real good look around for any proper memorialsby tax dodger - F1

i still cant believe that tamburello's run off used to be conctrete on the ground and then a concrete wall. whats wrong with grass or gravel? and some tyres there perhaps? whoever decided that concrete all round was a good idea is an idiot. i thought that rather than move the wall back at tamburello (which is impossible because of a river) why not move the corner away from the wall? oby tax dodger - F1
yeah i was gonna say france 92, when they collided at the hairpinby tax dodger - F1
reading the story on that site reminded me of when i went to imola and stood on the outside of tamburello looking at all the senna stuff. it is such a strange feeling. when i was looking through the wire fence around all of the flowers, pictures, notes and a plaque there was an eerie silence around me, even though the f3000 race was taking place at the time. then the silence ended and i heard aby tax dodger - F1
