Thanks for your advice but I don't have any problems with the HUD, I was just trying to hint at what is wrong according to Alessio's screenshot. regards chrisby ChrisJ - Grand Prix 4

Yes, there will be a 2015 (and finished) version soon indeed! I don't have too much idea about the integration in a CSM mod but all I can say is that it's simply missing allby ChrisJ - Grand Prix 4

Awesome news there already, thanks a lot! I'm looking forward to getting my hands back at work for the 2015 revcounter! regards chrisby ChrisJ - Grand Prix 4
Thanks for your thoughts and considerations on this! Indeed, Unity's radial fill describes it perfectly. Actually I also tried that kind of workaround where I split the radial in seven equal parts (51,5 degress each) and put them on layers atop to hide the full radial speedo underneath. At full speed (360 kph) those covers would then align in the most bottom part of the radial where the rby ChrisJ - Grand Prix 4
Now I've returned to create the 2015 revcounter as my last year's version which I never really found the time to actually finish serves as a good base. But I have to approach you for a little feature request here, SDI: In the panels for GPxCInfo for image controlled items like revs there are options like rotation or truncate already present. That's actually the usual behavior of GP4 and in fact Sepang is the extreme example of it - it is somehow CC line and pit entry sectors related. Your work-around is just what I would have suggested to you only you don't have to activate pit signal at all. When you enter the pits your crew gets ready regardless and they'll be ready in time for your stop. kind regards chrisby ChrisJ - Grand Prix 4

You can simply mount any ISO (straight away if you're on Windows 8 or higher) or create a virtual drive, that solves it! best regards chrisby ChrisJ - Grand Prix 4
When you create a new panel you can add an item of the "Label" type to add strings of your choice. That is a very static approach though and I don't know if you need any more from it.by ChrisJ - Grand Prix 4

Hey guys, first of all thanks for your patience and the nice words! Here's a quick update: Unfortunately I've run into some kind of technical issues which I'm yet to solve. This might be a limitation by GPxPatch but I couldn't investigate this to its full extent yet. I'm on it though. Now throughout the Bahrain Grand Prix I could collect some viable footage sinceby ChrisJ - Grand Prix 4
Had a busy week and still need around 2 hours to finish it, it's pretty much done and if I find those 2 hours that weekend, that's when you can expect it to be released!by ChrisJ - Grand Prix 4
Made some good progress so we're not far away from a final version anymore. Just gonna ask for a little bit more of patience. I need to create several hundreds of single graphics, one by one and make sure they're properly aligned and everythings well adjusted the ini file so there's a few different kind of processes involved which simply take some time but I really want to make surby ChrisJ - Grand Prix 4
Is there anybody who can help me out with an image of the HUD during the broadcast while DRS was activated? I'd appreciate your help! best regards chrisby ChrisJ - Grand Prix 4

Absolutely, that's where the habit comes from! Nothing beats the thrill of time-limites qualifying sby ChrisJ - Grand Prix 4
Indeed, thanks for checking! I originally thought it's logical to be unchecked. I unchecked it without really being conscious about it but it is to be pointed out that everyone is now taking a disadvantage in not driving Mercedes or Ferrari. We should fix that for the performance file so that there's equal power levels no matter what car you choose.by ChrisJ - Grand Prix 4
Nevermind, updated my best lap, so should be fine now! regards chrisby ChrisJ - Grand Prix 4
Ah, put in a few laps yesterday and only just now realised there was specific difficulty and a weather seed to be used, sorry about that. My lap should be invalidated then!by ChrisJ - Grand Prix 4
I'd suggest you go for what Niki Lauda said. He mentioned that figure in a talk at a TV show where also Helmut Marko was present. When Lauda started to explain the way the engine works saying that the combustion unit on its own produces around 580 bhp Marko interrupted saying "That's an interesting figure! We'd be happy about having 580 bhp." In contrast. in that artice yby ChrisJ - Grand Prix 4

If you feel like it, an option to change the colour of the font depending on actual speed (as the official HUD does) would be really appreciated and a great addition too! Wow, brilliant work, thanks for your effort! Btw.: Did you ever think of releasing a painting template for it? I've been searching for one recently based on a 2012-13 spec car but haven't succeeded in that. Is there anyone who could hint me at something? Anyway, just thinking that your RB9 would make as a great base for interested "hobby painters" best regards chrisby ChrisJ - Grand Prix 4
Well, there's nothing wrong about a cpu usage of 100%. Your average PO is 80% with a peak of 110 so your game should be totally fluid and running smoothly. If it's just about what task-manager says about cpu usage but you actually don't have any kind of stuttering in the game there's no problem at all. regards chrisby ChrisJ - Grand Prix 4
Alright, you've misunderstood something there. You need to open the 3d-file in ZModeler (which is a .3ds or a .z3d) of the car. Afterwards in ZModeler (in the Material Editor - hotkey 'E' you can assign the textures in TGA-format to that specific car/3d-file. regards chrisby ChrisJ - Grand Prix 4
