I think The New Seekers were a jolly good rock and roll band, and not too noisy - much better than Metalicaby CeeGee - F1
London GP Would you stop the traffic for the weekend? I think it would improve racing if you had traffic lights operating, taxis doing u-turns, buses and cyclists going about their business. Any cars breaking down on the circuit would be liable to be clamped and then towed away. All the drivers would have to use parking meters in the pits, (Minardi would have to do a one stop to save money) and aby CeeGee - F1

Aircraft Racing = no tracks = no need for a track editor. Just a few pylons here and there. Great ideaby CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
The point is: What is Ellis going on about?by CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
@Ellis I quote from Guimengo: "Come on everyone, we should stop arguing over GP4 and F1C." and: "F1C handling is simlpy torture, and GP4 feels as good as after you are very hungry and eat a nice pizza or burger." I now quote from go_go_alonso: "I like that post by Guimengo: "Come on everyone, we should stop arguing over GP4 and F1C" followed by: "F1Cby CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
Yes, of course this is the right forum. At this moment people will be working on bringing out the new BAR shape ready for use next weekby CeeGee - F1
How many "search" are there in that there post??by CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
@jginete and dumass My most sincere apologies. It was indeed "ultrafex" who claimed to have made one, but for GP7 - so it is possible he wasn't telling the complete truth. Dumass, of course made one for GP4 - which I am sure he can convert to GP5, Flight Simulator 2004, or any other game!by CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
@ dUmAsS Why don't ypu try the "search" button?? Then you will find that someone is claiming to have made one - dumass or something. Then contact him directly. I am sure the two of you will get on well together.by CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
Basically, all that is needed are editors for tracks, sounds and shapes. If they were made available as freeware then Atari(Infogames, etc) can sit back and watch GP4 sell for years in the way that GP2 kept attracting new players. Send the link, or edit the thread and send that. "You don't get anything if you don't ask." I've got a cold and I didn't ask for that! Cby CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
Nice thought - don't hold your breath waiting - you'll turn blue!by CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
Can it be fixed with a track editor or something?by CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
My Track Editor for F1GP is 10% done and should be ready in 2020 (Autumn) CeeGeeby CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
I like it. Simple, but nicely balanced. CeeGeeby CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
IF you really want to go back to an old version go to SDI's site - (logical, I would have thought!): However, I think you would be better off finding out what has gone wrong with your system - first of all uninstall GPxPatch and try installing it again. And don't forget to read the "Read Me". I can assure you that the latest version of GPxPatch is NOT a joke!! Post Eby CeeGee - Grand Prix 3
But you're still racing on 2001 tracks. The debate on Arrows being there or not is meaningless when you are going round the old Hockenheim etc in 2003by CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
I think you may have got the wrong adapter. Check out Maplins - ZP13P - USB to Gameport adapter. Maybe phone them up to see if they know whether it will work. CeeGeeby CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
Just tried activating antialias and got the same results. On installing the drivers I had left it on application preference, which is why I had no problem. Now, can somebody explain why - or is this yet another GP4 peculiarity. CeeGeeby CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
See the thread: "Cat 3.4 Drivers from ARI". It appears to be connected to the drivers, but for some reason it isn't affecting me (yet!)by CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
Did you uninstall your existing drivers before installing the 3.4? I've still got the loading screens, etc., with the 3.4 installed, CeeGeeby CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
marcl Soundblaster Live!. I can't get it to work with GP4 and XP Pro, although it worked fine with Win ME. I installed the XP drivers from Creative, uninstalled them, reinstalled them and it is still useless with GP4 and MS Flight Sim2002. I'm getting an Audigy Player at a good price in a week or so and the SB Live! will go in my old computer (where it came from). However, any ideas oby CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
XP Pro - No problems. I've been using it for nine months and I haven't managed to crash it once. Everything runs fine - including one old prog for Win95 that wouldn't run under 98 or ME. The only thing I am not happy with is my SoundBlaster Live! card which doesn't like XPby CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
I assume that the person with the best livery wins the actual Corvette Racing C5-R in the photo? Great idea!! CeeGeeby CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
This is all very well - but what about all the Klingons that want to edit GP4??by CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
It was sold and closed down - and it is sadly missed. CeeGeeby CeeGee - Grand Prix 4
