aren't there limitations to how many polygons you can have, thus limiting the shapes and details by a lot (as well as resolution of textures)?
I think it's possible to make a much better shape with less polygons!

Grand Prix 3 I was working on old Interlagos too. I made the layout and width changes . I have to finish the heights.
I live in São Paulo and I know the circuit pretty well. Also, I have some nice pictures of the track, Curva 1, 2, 3, etc.

Grand Prix 3 I can't put a front wing or anything else... the cockpitshape is very limited. I tried to put the view like it was a T-cam. Worked nice, but I got half tyres and a stupid 2d car
I don't know why there are holes and mirrors inside the cockpit... I tried to solve it in several ways but couldn't get a good result.

Grand Prix 3 Values under 12 for z axis result in some flashings and mirror effect at the bottom of the screen.
I get this effect for any Z value... but I think it's related to the cockpit shape. =\

I tested the beta cockpit view patch, it works!
But I'd like to make a suggestion:
I guess the patch has "inside" itself the x y z coordinates, right? Could you make them editable? So the user can mess around and find the position he thinks it's better. It would be useful too to make cockpits for other cars, like, stock, nascar, etc.

Actually, I hope someone someday (hey beliniii =D ) will find out how to change the cockpit view point in GP3 (belini found the cmd in GP3-2000), so I can make an even better cockpit shape and also try out to set this point to a "t-cam" position... then the mirrors should work I think!
