Trouble for me was that Alonso should really be a low priced top driver, and Trulli is priced too high for me. I have to pay at least $16m for a top driver, so cant actually afford another $14m for Alonsoby Red Sam - F1
I was going to go to Swansea University, actually - then they said they had cancelled my course. Either way, it was a suprise to see it listed in the clearing pages of the Independent! RedSamby Red Sam - F1

Ok - here goes: Chassis: Renault - $15m Renault have evolved the best chassis of 2003 Engine: Toyota - $7m one of the most powerful, hopefully evolved for reliability Top Driver: Barrichello - $17m gonna fly in 2004, so people reckon. One of the best in 2003, even taking his position at Ferrari into account Middle Driver: Sato - $9m simply because the BAR should be better than the Jaguar oby Red Sam - F1
Seriously tho - Autosport have done some mathematically transmodulated fango-dango laptimerguessamology in this weeks issue, and it says that the Williams was fastest over a single lap, but that Renault was the best over a long distance. So maybe Renault are in with a shout? Red Samby Red Sam - F1

God! look at how primative those cars looked back in 2000 - not that long ago! No sculpted sidepods, no aerodynamic deeleys on the sides of the car.... F1 really does change, even when u dont notice it!by Red Sam - F1

I wonder if it is part of his personal contract with Red Bull that he uses that helmet design. I remember Patrick Friesacher (F3000) using an identical helmet, as Red Bull is his personal sponsor. From a team point of view, a helmet is a helmet, and they are free to stick logos wherever they please. From a personal point of view, I think it is sad that the sport has become so commerciallised thaby Red Sam - F1

OK! And relax! There is no need to go off on one at each other! This is a forum for goodness sake - not a warzone! Now then - what Alonso and Kimi both did was not what you would call clever. Take the Nurburgring incident out of it, because that was not proven to be anyones fault. That leaves us with Kimi at Spa and Fernando in Brazil. Kimis move was unusual, but I am happy to believe former F1by Red Sam - F1

From BBC Sport: Italian Giorgio Pantano is set to land a drive at Jordan, leaving British drivers Ralph Firman and Allan McNish without a race seat in Formula One. BBC Radio Five Live has said that Jordan are close to concluding a deal with Pantano for the only remaining seat on the 2004 grid. Oleg was quite right to point out this FIA regulation. The second clutch could be set, by software, to run in reverse under braking, causing friction against the other clutch and slowing the engine down quicker. (I saw this example somewhere, dunno where:S). As such (even though it might wreak the engine really quickly), the FIA cannot be satisfied it doesn't do this without checking theby Red Sam - F1

As this is the beginning of DCs tenth full season in F1, I think thats 10 'this is my year' speeches we have heard. So, to celebrate, we should get them bound into a special tenth anniversary David Coulthard bullshitting extravaganza - charting the best comedy moments of the last ten years as DC makes us laugh and cry! *BE AMAZED! at DC's complete lack of realism every January tiby Red Sam - F1
Its not hating them for the way they win, its hating them for the way in which they do it. When McLaren or Williams win its because there has been effort put in by all team members for the team - with both drivers having a chance to do well. At Ferrari they manipulate their potential to aim all around one person. A driver, even if it is Schuey, shouldnt have so much attention placed upon them.by Red Sam - F1
From BBC Sport: Ferrari have hinted that they could try to poach Kimi Raikkonen from McLaren. Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo said: "He has a five-year contract with McLaren but we must think of the future and make long-term plans." The Italian added that Raikkonen was the biggest threat to Ferrari and Michael Schumacher extending their record-breaking run of title wins. &quby Red Sam - F1
I can see what you mean Oleg, but i think that is down to Schuey taking a tighter line through the corner - Fisi has a little oversteer to me! But I think the angles are almost identical, and it is rare to have such a comparison. It is true, I feel, that the Sauber has had the 'hand of Ferrari' upon it, at the very least!
