what an arrogant statement The Mexican said he was following the same line as in previous laps and "just got hit from behind". He added: "I watched several replays of the incident and I can't help but notice how Felipe turns right just before he hits me. "I can only think he must have changed his mind and wanted to rejoin the racing line. His misjudgement cost us aby mitadumapaga - F1
if there is one thing massa is to blame, it is the racing lines he took when trying to overtaking perez and vettel. I mean, massa tried atl least 3 times on vetel and always on the out side. Fair enough if vettel didnt levae hi space on the inside, but at least on one occasion massa could put his nose inside, yet he didint.by mitadumapaga - F1
this race proves to me exactly what I have always thought. drivers like mansell, senna, hamilton, montoya and many others, have been quoted as faster than their team mates, t an extent because of their setups. the way i see it is that they are just willing to make a setup which will carry higher risks, but make you that bit faster. as we saw, hamilton's advantage today was all under breby mitadumapaga - F1
@ec83, no man, i meant melbourne 2000. there you go: as for prost in estoril, i agree that it was not the best of examples, but considering his temmate was out of the chapionship it was sure he would have let him thorugh. anyway. just saw a funny comment on youtube by a fanboy: "iPhonePROпреди 14 часа Lewis has full rights to be upset. Rosberg is a cheat. Merc manipulatedby mitadumapaga - F1
we have seenit many times in the past. one example that comes to mind is DC at melbourne 2000. what about the red flag which robbed prost of a clear victory in estoril 1990. there are numerous examples. no one has ever tried to modify rules whatsoever. thefact is that hamilton was not fast nough in the first shot at pole. also, he got out of the pit AFTER rosberg, which means that hamilton woby mitadumapaga - F1

i see. well, his actions were understandable, but unjustified. what dissapoints me though is that rosberg blew it all again at the point when it most mattered. he wazs just lucky that: 1. yellows flags got out 2. hamilton was behind himby mitadumapaga - F1
@ Diax, no doubt you are a hamiltonfan. only a fanboy would point the finger at nico and defend lewis' actions. what he could should would have thought does not matter. his behavior is annoyingby mitadumapaga - F1
yeah, what a loser. he didnt even congratulate nicoby mitadumapaga - F1
rosberg has his strong races. let us see what happens when we get there. to me, spain and monaco will be crucial. Lewis has never won in Spain, never performed too well either. Same story for monaco. Apart from 2007 he has been wreckless there and 2008 was nothing short of an insanely lucky win. Yet, if lewis owns rosberg in monaco, the way he did in China, then it will make me seriously shiftby mitadumapaga - F1
4/19 races gone with nico apparently owning hamilton big time in bahrain pace-wise, and we conclude that nico is webber; or D.C.? now webber was so miserable that in 2011 he won only 1 race; in 2013 none. if i were nico i would get offended if you called me a webbber. in fact i always wondered why marting brundle always pointed out how fast webber is? he is certainly aggressive and experienced. aby mitadumapaga - F1

why judging mclaren so harshly? they did great in melbourne; screwed up in malaysia; and were about for some good points in bahrai too, be it not the engine problems. we know button is a sunday driver (i.e. he delivers on sunday afternoon rather than on saturday). so let us wait and see where he winds up tomorrow.by mitadumapaga - F1
lewis mentioned he shifted his setup completely for the wet qualy. will be interesting too see how his car handles in the dryby mitadumapaga - F1
hmm, you have a point. what i found interesting, though, is that on his penultimate lap (the he locked at the end of the long straight), rosberg was .6 ahead of lewis after sector 2. and hamilton improved his overall lap by 0.4. so maybe rosberg has the speed to challenge tomorrow. who knowsby mitadumapaga - F1
regarding roseberg: "Then on my final timed lap, I was half a second quicker going into the last corner - but my time delta on my steering wheel display said that I was two tenths slower. So I just took a big risk and spun because I mistakenly thought I had nothing to lose anyway." WTF?? he was half a second up on lewis??by mitadumapaga - F1
here is what a guy posted under a clip of the movie: How sweet would it be to start the sequel to this movie like this: The track is Monaco, the year is 1984. Absolutely pouring rain. Lauda is stepping on the gas pedals and chasing the small French phenom Prost. In his mind be replays his past races, his crash, and his race with Hunt in the shadow of mount Fuji. It was raining hard that dayby mitadumapaga - F1

small correction: burti and irvine crashed in 2001 at spa and I think klien rolled over in 2005. Hungary 2006 was wet and there was nothing spectacular into the first cornerby mitadumapaga - F1
yeap it was at indy. in 2007 i think a red bull driver flipped into the first corner at hungaroring during the opening lapby mitadumapaga - F1

i know you will disagree. but just watched the BBC coverage and D.C. described the accident beetweenmaldonado and guttierez as "a racing accident"by mitadumapaga - F1
ahh, ok I agree i guess i will be ripped apart if I tried to defend maldonado again :D Hehe. anyway, I just wanted to share my view and hear yours.by mitadumapaga - F1
reagrding Maldonado: in my opinion people put too much a blame on hi. YES, he crashed Guttierez, and I am sorry to see what happened to Guttierez. However, no one took attention the following two facts: 1. pastor left enough space for gutierez to make the corner. Guttierez could have easily avoided the accident by leaving just a little bit more space on the inside line. What he did is justby mitadumapaga - F1
with alonso 10th and raikkonen an unspectacular 5th for ferrari,i think it is worth discussing their development. watching ferrrari in the last couple of years has been painful. my opinion is that their signing of raikkonen will improve nothing. not because he is slow or lazy or whatsoever. but rather, because their problem lies deep within the team organization and approach to car design aby mitadumapaga - F1
