You can change the number and timing of pitstops using Magic Data or even the GP4 Pit and Lap Editor - unfortunately you can't dictate tyre selection. There are some settings that influence the tendency for drivers to change from wets to slicks but I don't think the exact parameters for this within the magic data is known.by SchueyFan - Grand Prix 4

GP4 just produced a 'reverse' Hockenheim 2000 result that I observed in spectator mode - everyone but leader Barrichello pitted for wets, but this time it got too wet and Hakkinen caught him by around 40 seconds in 4 laps to take the lead with 1 lap to goby SchueyFan - Grand Prix 4
