Yes, but power of 2 means: 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, etc. If it is a different size then GP4 works fine (DirectX 8 can also handle .png), but GP3 will show the images wrapped somehow, not what you want. The internal size is hardcoded though. For example, in digital 2010, an image that was 222 pixels wide is a 256 pixel .tga, but the code uses the first 222 pixels only. 1. A yellow "PIT ->" is not part of digital 2010. There's one in the default GPxCInfo panel, but it's at the right of the screen. This is also where you can edit it... 2. I can make a setting for this. Or another 'B' mode just as in qualify. 3. It currently shows stops at every 5th lap. I copied this from digital 2004 mode. Why would it only need to show when thby SDI - Grand Prix 4
And it's .tga because of compatibility with GP3 (DirectX 7). This means the sizes must also be a power of 2. For GPxCInfo panels, just install some existing HUDs and investigate how they were made. Everything can be configured from the GUI. Edit a panel by double clicking on it in the list on the GPxCInfo tab.by SDI - Grand Prix 4
Perhaps once the traditional standings are added, there will be a switch to additionally have either a tower at the left or the bottom standings that will always be visible.by SDI - Grand Prix 4
If you mean GPxSAT then it's not possible, it's all hardcoded. The only thing you can do is replace images in gpxpdata\gfx, or use GPxCInfo, but it's pretty generic and may not have everything you need.by SDI - Grand Prix 4
I thought you meant a tower at the left. Traditional standings with 8 cars per page will be added.by SDI - Grand Prix 4

Well, I just did Just wait for 4.11. Just one question: do you mind if it doesn't show up correctly during replays? (hotlaps will be fine though).by SDI - Grand Prix 4
You mean the classification when the session is over? Yes, I was working on it last week, but it was too much work to put in 4.10. I don't want to do half work when implementing features, I always like to deliver high quality For example, I have to construct the title (year, grand prix name) . The year I can take from the track tag (2001 if it's a default track), And the name I have tby SDI - Grand Prix 4
Guys, you're using horrible file sharing sites But thanks for fixing it, Samuele. I assume the HUD is ok now? I also suggest to use the new color blending feature for the font version. If you have problems with it don't hesitate to contact me. As for the red and green arrows blinking: it can be added, but it doesn't have high priority. And I'm not sure what is blinking whby SDI - Grand Prix 4
I've tested the HUD 2012 and I can't see any problem. I selected the 4:3 version because GPxPatch scales it to whatever resolution now. The font version looks right to me. The .tga version has the throttle and brake below the HUD instead of inside, but this is explicitly specified in the HUD (bug in the HUD?), it was already this way with older GPxPatch versions. Maybe the HUD is too sby SDI - Grand Prix 4
Hi, mclarenaustralia persuaded me to implement it by sending the graphics (though they're not his ), a video of a full qualify and race, and a lot of screenshots. He also did some testing and gave feedback about what should be in it and what not.by SDI - Grand Prix 4
Hm, that download site is even worse, but I managed to download it now, thanksby SDI - Grand Prix 4
I have trouble downloading it. It wants me to login.by SDI - Grand Prix 4
Before I implement it, I need more input about how it should work with the bottom standings. For example, the new standings can be like the standings in the older modes, and the bottom standings can then always be under director's control, scrolling through positions automatically, and only hidden when the user activates the new standings. Just an idea, but maybe people prefer the bottom staby SDI - Grand Prix 4

@MiSeRy: Are these two bugs or one? I don't see why it would not work in the last laps. I can fix the 'V' key in multiple ways: 1. Disable the 'V' key during director's cut. 2. Don't gray out the 'V' key in the screen info and allow manual scrolling during during director's cut. 3. Enable 'S', 'V', and 'B' in theby SDI - Grand Prix 4

As for the panels, I think the new one looks better (not stretched). The only problem is that it isn't centered. What I can do is add a setting to scale in three different ways: 1. Stretch (pre 4.10). 2. Move to the edges (4.10). 3. Center. This will then be available in 4.11. I also fixed the uppercasing of non-ascii character (é, ü, etc.). @the people that donated through PayPal: thanks a lot! It means a lot to me and is really motivating.by SDI - Grand Prix 4
If it goes upward in 1280x1024, then the HUD is aligned to the top instead of the bottom. Is it really a big problem? It's not easy to get it right for all different resolutions without stretching. I'm sure this HUD looked deformed in widescreen before, which is what most people are using. Maybe I should add a panel setting that tells to scale the old or new way.by SDI - Grand Prix 4

Thanks! About the issues: 1. I also noticed this, but I depend on the C runtime library here. I can try some things. 2. How would I know if RBR should be all capitals? But I'm not lowercasing anything, so if you write RBR using an external name editor or using a performance text file, it should stay that way. 3. You can specify them in gpxpdata\drivers.ini (as explained in the docs),by SDI - Grand Prix 4
