Aha, that makes sense now :P Thank you very much for your help More videos will follow, my upload speed is pitiful :P Next up will be Holemad's 2014 Sepang.by ipswich2007 - Grand Prix 3
Could you give me an example ? I can't get it to embed :/by ipswich2007 - Grand Prix 3
A new topic for video recordings of Grand Prix 3. Similar to what has developed in the "Other" section for GP2 :P Firstly I am doing a series of hot laps in various circuits/mods. First up - Holemad's 2014 Melbourne with 2014 carset.by ipswich2007 - Grand Prix 3
oh Dirk I didn't mean you should remove them of course, I just meant those of us who drive your circuitsby ipswich2007 - Grand Prix 3
Just a little word from me - I have never on any of my 6/7 systems in the past or present, been able to run a track with farsight commands. I've always had nothing but trouble with them. For whatever reason lol. So if the no far sight .dat works, just stick with it is my suggestion. It still looks as good as the normal dats.by ipswich2007 - Grand Prix 3
If you post updates as a reply not an edit, they show at the top of the list (I Believe anyway)by ipswich2007 - Grand Prix 3
Unfortunately I don't think so, I once tried this 2 years ago. And it didn't work for me.by ipswich2007 - Grand Prix 3
Ah okay then, no worries. It's still a neat feature that I hadn't seen before :Pby ipswich2007 - Grand Prix 4
Okay so, new issue This "rightpanel" is stretching bizzarely on my new setup , any ideas for how to get it like my old setup ( the first picture)?by ipswich2007 - Grand Prix 3
Hi, anyone have any idea how to change the position of the "E" feature, race progression? Would just like to move it down the screen a little and can't find a line in any of the .ini files? Thanks in advanceby ipswich2007 - Grand Prix 4
Seems to have worked, cheers guys as always. On a side note, yes always nice to see you around Monsieur Belini ;P To be honest, I don't plan on using the original .dats for very long, just doing some tests to optimise my game for W7. I got 2% PO on-board at Melbourne. Just wow lol, never seen it that low before. Best I ever got was 20% in a private test session once on my old machinby ipswich2007 - Grand Prix 3
Additionally I have created a table that shows what the manufacturer's points would be if they did it "properly" which I mean how in my opinion it should be done - all manufacturer of cars. This uses the current points system and is done based on the results of all 3 races of the 10 weekends. Anyway here goes: 1st. BMW, 744pts - eBay Motors 2nd. Honda, 743pts - Honda Yuasa Rby ipswich2007 - Other Motorsports
How did you get on? Mediafire is free I thinkby ipswich2007 - Grand Prix 3
Ye, I know the featurw you're thinking of. However I hadn't pressed said button :P Haven't got home yet to test the suggestions :/by ipswich2007 - Grand Prix 3
Thanks for the responses, will try it out when I get home. I accept the original GP3 .dats wouldn't be brilliant, just testing graphics settings to optimise my GP3 for W7 before I load in my carsets and circuits :P If it is the circuit, it's not a huge problem as I won't be using the original .dats after I'm done setting up :P Thanks again guys, top stuff as usualby ipswich2007 - Grand Prix 3
Nope, it's a fresh install. Original circuit, the circuit appears as normal off the line, then does this down to turn 1. Then back to normal lol.by ipswich2007 - Grand Prix 3
Hi guys, any ideas what's causing this/any suggestions for fixing it? :Pby ipswich2007 - Grand Prix 3
Couple of decent weekends for TME, the championship is very tight down this end ;pby ipswich2007 - Grand Prix 3

I would agree that some people could do the Dat's some people the jams etc. I recently tried doing a circuit, and it's a nightmare and I'm sad to say I gave up :P So I do appreciate all the work the current circuit builders do.by ipswich2007 - Grand Prix 3
Okay it works, for future reference here's what I did Nvidia Control Panel: Display>Adjust desktop size and position Change scaling mode to Full-screen, and Perform scaling on GPU. It now works on 1024 resolution. GP3 on W7, who'd of thunk it.by ipswich2007 - Grand Prix 3
Additional, compatability mode and admin mode both checked for gp3.exe and gpxpatch. :P Strange it'll load fine with one resolution but not another?by ipswich2007 - Grand Prix 3
Hi guys, I am trying to run GP3 on W7, it works fine on 1024x768 mode yet when I choose 1280x1024 (recommended) it doesnt work and crashes to desktop. Any ideas?
