Hi Guys I know that I should create a new topic but maybe it's a simple problem and dont deserve it. I just installed GP4 in my new computer ( windows 11 ). I notice that the GPXPATCH - micro time window is with the background color transparent. I did not find where to change it and why it happens only on the new computer ( it's the same installation I just copy it to a new compby jcgrj - Grand Prix 4

check if you are not seeing miles/h ( Go to Workshop\Utilities Menu \Menu Setup and select Metric Units ) any specific track or all of them? best Joseby jcgrj - Grand Prix 4

Thanks quickslick!!!! Let me know if you like it and have any suggestions to improve. This is my first step to learn how to manage improvements to existing mods. The performance files of this non-CSM mod looks pretty good, that's why I try to improve it's quality!!!! Look like you have another program with some of the MOD file open. Try to use a new directory to the GP4 and MOD files to test the installation in case a computer boot do not solve the problem.by jcgrj - Grand Prix 4

Yes just set it on gpxpatch before you start the game. Go to GPXCInfo and select the object you want to change. Example the rev counter ( dash_analogue ) click it and edit filter and set the camera views you want it appear. Best Joseby jcgrj - Grand Prix 4

Hi Halbertus check FAQ in case you have any other problems!!! Here is the solution change the following lines values of f1graphics.cfg 1 ; f1graphics.cfg controls all settings (default 0) 0 ; Texture quality : 0 => max 2 => half 4 => qtr 8 => eigth 1 ; Increase car texture quality (1 on, 0 off) 0 ; TV style overlays on track cameras.by jcgrj - Grand Prix 4

Probably it's not working because you need to put 1 in the first line of f1graphics.cfg 1 ; f1graphics.cfg controls all settings (default 0) But I understood that you solve the problemby jcgrj - Grand Prix 4

Hi npnc thanks for trying to help. I already tested the trackpack version and it works. Looks like the one from Tojepo is a newer version of the track but like I said it's not working ( at least I was not able to make it work even changing the names inside the wad ). I wonder if anybody have a solution or if have a newer version of it. I dont think Tojepo is still here in the forum.by jcgrj - Grand Prix 4

I tested all tracks and it's working fine. Could be something related to your gp4 installation or hardware configuration ( not a real specialist here ). Do you have a standalone installation ( with no other mods ) to try to isolate the problem? Just trying to help. If you want I can share mine with it installed just for you test if it runs. Pedro your mods are great!!!! The 87 mod I mentioned is an old one non-CSM ( available at Fongu ) that I'm trying to improve. It's not my intention to replace the one you will launch that I'm sure wiil be much better ( with cars and tracks ) !!!! Just having fun and learning while waiting Forte abraço!!! For me: 1990, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 ( the last update of 94 was incredible ) are very good ones. IMSA the last release also very good one. 2001 updates are incredible too but I did not played yet The new ones 2019,20,21,22,23 besides the lack of some features from real races are also good mods!!! Im trying to fix some problems of 87 like crazy crashing, bad resolution and helmets with wrong mapping. Just in case Pedro last some more years to deliver it ( hope he deliver 81 first ). Best Joseby jcgrj - Grand Prix 4
