Hi Eriksg74 I have six days holiday this Easter, so I am finally getting some time to work on F1 1993. But don't expect it soon. I have a lot of work to do. I am aiming for the end of this year. But you never know, I might get some more time for it over the summer. Sometimes I speed through quicker than I expect. I am working through making the menus today. Scanning a lot of images from bby elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
Hi shlund - I downloaded your 2022 Melbourne and took the fence Jam from that pack, all working fine now. A great track. I am planning to compile a MegaPatch for 2025 as we go through the season. How do you feel about be including your excellent work? Cheers Elioby elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
Great track for Melbourne, really good attention to detail, really like seeing the Louis Vuitton logos. However, on the pit straight, for some reason I am getting blacked out Jams for screens above the pitwall where the team crew sits. Its not blacked out views from inside the pitlane, just when driving down the pit straight. Dont appear to have a jam missing. Any ideas? Thanks!by elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
No 1997 mod from me at the moment. I am working on 1971 and 1993 at the moment, but will eventually get around to 1997by elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
All the tyres are specific to the seasons for tyre manufacturer logos and colouring, so you would need to edit for each. That purple issue is specific to certain graphics cards only so you are just unlucky with that.by elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
Glad that worked for you! I cannot lay claim to the tracks. All I have done with them, for each mod where its was needed, is create new jams (graphics files) to make the trackside adverts more accurate. I have made the odd building or gravel trap too. I even added the daises to the imola grass and created that interesting statue at Detroit! I make all the menus, improve car graphics (skins) in-by elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
I think that is because of the screen resolution you have which is a widescreen which stretches the view. These cockpit overlays were designed for a resolution of 1024 x 768 which is a squarer shape. If dgvoodoo will let you choose the screen resolution, perhaps putting black bars down the two sides, that would fix it. Re-setting the cockpit panels to compensate for wide letterbox shape would beby elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
Some great music choices there! Makes me want to start a 1997 megapatch sooner!by elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
File sent. It will fix the cockpit menu issue. Cheers!by elio2012 - Grand Prix 3

Hi agathosdaimon93 BTW can you tell me what kind of laptop with what kind of specifications you are using? As I said, I use an old laptop with Windows 7 but that might not be viable in the long term. I did buy a newer Thinkpad but could never get it working even with dgvoodoo. It might be helpful to take a note and copy your equipment setup in the future, seeing as you have managed to get itby elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
About steering wheels in mods from 1994 onwards ... I wanted to import highly accurate looking steering wheels unique to each team. It was not possible to then have all the lights, LEDs etc positioned in the right places if you have more than one wheel, so I chose to have a generic overlay with this information. Its not ideal, but easy to get used to. I suppose it is like a HUD, but that was notby elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
Sorry to hear that you are having problems. Its not a solution for everyone, but I use a 2007 Thinkpad loaded with Windows 7 which gets around these problems. However, when that laptop finally breaks I will have to try to make them work on a modern laptop with Windows 10/11. Not looking forward to that! Elioby elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
No, I have not made an F1 1997 MegaPatch. I will make one in the future, but not soon.by elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
I haven't made an F1 1997 at this point. I have made 1996 and 1998. I expect to get around to 1997 in 2026 or 2027.by elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
Hi all Here is my first release of 2025. We go all the way back to Lewis Hamilton's debut season of 2007 where he fought for the title with Alonso in the same car but both drivers lost out to Raikkonen who was very consistent in the last part of the season. As always, my job is mostly about editing and compiling other people's work - so thanks to all those creators. Special praisby elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
F1 2007 now added. Go to first post. Elioby elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
Hi Evandro How do you do it! Whenever there is a tricky problem to solve you always get the result. THANKS so much! I would never have worked that out. Luckily I do have both versions of the JAM editor, so it wasn't too difficult to do. I will keep a written explanation of the solution in my folder for future use. Thanks again! F1 2007 would not have looked right without the white stby elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
Hi all I have a problem in that I need to change the tyre graphics in GP3 2000 and I have completely forgotten how to do it! In GP3 its easy, just need to use GP3 Editor. In GP3 2000 its easy enough to change the graphics of the tyres you see from the cockpit. Those files are in Gp3jamsh / Techjam. BUT - what about the graphics for external views of the cars? Is it in Gp3jams? but if so,by elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
Thanks so much for that Quickslick - very helpful!by elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
Hi all I am working on a megapatch for F1 2007. In that year, the soft tyres had a white stripe down the centre. I Could make one like that, but if anyone already has this with the right sizing, I'd really like to use it as it. Can you help? Thanks, Elioby elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
Hi there! Happy New Year! I have never been very happy with the halo panel that's been available for many years. So I have made a new one based on images of the halo on Bottas' Mercedes of 2018. I have then applied these to my F1 2018 megapatch. But you can use the files below and adapt them for any season from 2018 to 2025. The shape and the mounting of the halo does not changeby elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
Hi all I have upgraded my F1 1989 set to add carsets for every race, with meticulous changes to car graphics and the like. I've also update some menu images to improve the quality. UPGRADE of F1 1989 More to come in 2025. Enjoy! Elioby elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all in the community. Thank you for your contributions and for keeping GP3 alive in 2024. Elioby elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
Just want to thank Evandro for helping with the cockpit files, which I had a lot of problems with, it really adds to the accuracy - big thanks!by elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
Hi all I am pleased to share with you my 30th MegaPatch, this time its 2015. Time to re-live Hamilton's golden era. My job really is to collate the excellent content that is out there in the community. I do make some original stuff such as steering wheels, cockpit arms, legs, visors, menus, team arts etc but this is a collective job so thanks to all those who have made content for this Mby elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
Hi all I am making a MegaPatch of F1 2015. Might anyone be able to help me out with an Alexander Rossi F1 2015 ingame helmet? Would be great if you can. Thanks, Elioby elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
By the way ... Next megapatch will be F1 2015. Hopefully I will be able to share it in a couple of months if I get time to move it forward during the Christmas break.by elio2012 - Grand Prix 3
