Try to locate "Lo2k's Tools" folder with regedit in HKey_Current_User\Software\ and delete the whole "Lo2k's tools" folder. If that doesn't fix the problem, then try replacing your decrypted GP4.exe and your cars.wad with back-ups, and see if any of those actions fixes your problem. still-born F3000 mod I believe. looks good. regards, johnby john-nicholas - Grand Prix 4

Guys, Check out this thread at the SDI Forum. Most of your questions about tyre consumption will be answered. If not, search the author "el presidente." He posted more than one thread on the subject. Also, some of the magic data uploaded to grandprixgames.org takes care of this tyre consumption issue. Regards, Johnby john-nicholas - Grand Prix 3

Michael, Add me to the list of those who are sorry to see you leave. Also, I am very sorry to see that the f3000 mod will not publically see the light of day. I was looking forward to it as the renders in this thread looked great. I could tell that you and EF put a lot of time into it. Regards, Johnby john-nicholas - Grand Prix 4

franky, GP4 Master does not recognize gp4.exe v1.02. Try GP4 Util Patcher by Reinier Tetteroo to fix this problem. Regards, Johnby john-nicholas - Grand Prix 4
easy problem to solve. 1) un pack the 1999cars.wad with easywad. 2) using gp4master extract the 512x512 tga file from hi_villeneuvewing.tex. 3) delete hi_villeneuvewing.tex. 4) copy hi_zontawing.tex as hi_villeneuvewing.tex. 5) using gp4master replace and downsample the texture in the new hi_villeneuvewing.tex with the tga file you extracted in step 2). 6) save hi_villeneuvewingby john-nicholas - Grand Prix 4
After installing and racing a couple of laps, masterpiece seems like an understatement, but its a masterpiece. Wow! Good job. Thanks for releasing it. Regards, Johnby john-nicholas - Grand Prix 3
After checking some of my downloads, the Deiter C. Serowy of MotorSport is the same as the Dieter Serowy who developed some nice add-ons for GP3. He did a mini Nürburging Nordschleife for GP3, aka "The Ring Fictional Track," as well as Reims and a couple of others. All were excellent. Regards, Johnby john-nicholas - Off-Topic
In the November 2004 issue of MotorSport, a Dieter Serowy drove Senna's Monaco Toleman around Donnington. Is this Dieter Serowy the same as the Dieter C. Serowy who made some pretty nice GPx add-ons months ago? Regards, Johnby john-nicholas - Off-Topic
WaZz, Load the *.gp4 file with the 3D editor (v 10.0). Select "textures" from the menu, then "rename the textures." For example, change "arrows_1.tga" to "team04_1.tga." (Do not change "arrows_1.tga" to "hi_team04_1.tga." Then select "apply" and save your changes to the *.gp4 file. It's really quite easy. Regards,by john-nicholas - Grand Prix 4
No, Steve...Thank you for your patience; the cars will be excellent and well worth the wait! Regards, Johnby john-nicholas - Grand Prix 4
