I blur the cars in the background more then the cars in the foreground because that is usually how a photo is taken.

If you focus on something close to you, the further away something is from the object in focus, the more blurred it is ;-)

Pick you fave ones and I will try and put them all together at the resolution you want :p Try I said though hehe.
