How do you do that ?

what's the difference between :

1024 x 768 16 bit 60 HZ
and
1024 x 768 32 bit 120 Hz

can somebody explain that, cause I find that game to be fluid with the t-cam, less fluid during replays

The resolution is the same in both modes. However, you'll see more depth of colour with it in 32bit mode, at the expense of performance.

How often times the monitor refreshes itself. You'll want to use >80 at all times, and usually the highest the monitor is capable of. Has no effect on performance, but lets your eyes have an easier time, and keeps lengthens the time until you go blind. :)

is there a file where we can tweak F1C graphics? For instance, I get some buildings etc appearing and disappearing in the foreground/background to compensate for fps. I have a 3.2ghz pc/9800 pro pc and get 60.4 million triangles/sec.so would like to be able to adjust certain aspects of the graphics.

P4 3.2ghz/800mhzFSB; XFX 7800GS; 2Gig PC3200(400mhz) DDR; Seagate SATA 10krpm HD x2 ;SB AudigyLS .

Also, the refresh rate will effectively serve to limit the amount of frames per second - running at 60hz limits you to 60FPS, 120hz gives up to 1230fps. If your PC was really good, but your monitor only supported 60hz, then you'd have to run the lower FPS.
