Well you don't ring Nvidia, they didnt make your card. If its a MSI card, or Inno3d, or Leadtek, you ring them, nvidia only make the chips on the card mate :)

I contacted MSI, they tried to brush me off so i pushed on with them, next thing i know ive got an original cd-key for soldier of fortune 2... u beauty!
