SNES on PS3, how to?

hey guys i'm pretty new to ps3, anybody knows how to do it?,

from what i've read you have to jailbreak the ps3... and then instal snes9.0, but if any of you guys have done it, can you explained it to me as if i was stupid?, lol

The amount of work you'd have to do plus losing the ability to go online on your PS3 are massive negatives about this. Just run stuff of a computer or laptop.

no but thx for the responses, i actually did some research myself...

the only reason i was motivated to get the PS3 was the new batman game, but there´s few i also want to buy, MW3, ><>Assasins CReed, and some others...

dont get me wrong, i wasn't looking to jailbreak it for the wrong reasons, but i figured is easier in the wii, and i can hav DS, N64, gamecube, snes, nes, all in one, so getting it from a pawnshop this week for $50..
