Rfactor track problems

When some tracks are loaded, I cannot select first gear, or the car leaps out of the garage, spins into the next pit garage and I'm stuck, unable to get any gears. However some tracks are perfect. It's not a wheel config problem (G25) as it works fine on a lot of the tracks. I tried to load Hitchin, Joesville Speedway and there was others that wouldn't cooperate. Any ideas?

Hitchin!!!! I live 6 miles from here and used to go to this town every week! You can see the computer shop I worked at on there to - what an awesome track (Crap layout but awesome to see somewhere you know well in real life in game lol)
