PC Steering Wheels

Hi all,

Anyone know who / what that really expensive ($2000) steering wheel kit from the middle east (tiwan?) is?, they also make one of those dome screens and the wheel looks like a real F1 car?

Im so fed up of having lame looking steering wheels, I was thinking about trying to make my own (probably won't ever happen) but I wanted to look at the wheel mentioned above for research.
