I need help installing F1FT2008_V31_final

I've downloaded F1RFT2008_V31_FINAL and when I run it, it unpacks it's files to my temp folder but then imediatly quits and delete the said temp files. It there a knack to installing this, or any help ?

Sound's like it didn't download properly.

By the way, you realise this mod pretty much uses no work of their own? :/
