We have, just not of crime, theft and taakstraf (whatever that is in English :P)

Dunno either what taakstraf is in English, and I guess it is something we only know in Holland, because I heard a rumour that if you beat the light out of somebody's eyes in other countries, or destroy someone's property, you got really punished; like going to something called a "jail", and not just for some hours or days, but whole years!
