Nope... it works. When you move the mouse near the button moves away, but if you're on the ball you'll figure a way to press it.

a friend of mine once let some girl that he knew to to use his computer to make photo discs. He later restored her photoes (which she deleted when finished) and we were amused to find that they were of her and her boyfriend on holiday with a lot of nudes. I never looked at her the same way after seeing them
