Muks, I got a message today saying they haven't received any of my messages after doing something... so I replied with a copy of first e-mail dated October 22nd, 2006 ;-). Left negative feedback a few days back already as I got no reply on anything for a month.

Alright, they left me negative feedback, of course...

Any advice on where do I go on the e-Bay site? It's been far too long for the dispute thing, I am in hopes of reaching a human being somewhere in that site.
Ah, and still got the very used PS2 controller sitting at home.

not much hope of reaching an actual human, Gui. Ebay is a self-regulating entity, it's up to the users to work out problems between them.

but, you could try clicking on the Dispute Console link in My Ebay, bottom on the left hand side menu, and have a search around in there, you might find something. although as both of you have now left feedback for each other, the matter is sort of "closed", so i don't think anything can be done now unfortunately :(

Well, I'll try turning that used controller into something in good condition and I'll use my 3rd party one as back up. He lost part of his money with the postage anyway. I don't really care about that one negative feedback, it's just the seller being a thief and I wasn't the only one to suffer, according to his feedback.

So, to everyone, do NOT buy from GamezForLess on e-bay ;-).

I will receive the new PS2 controller and feedbacks will be removed.
Original date of purchase was October 7th or 12th ;)

Yeah, I have a brand new PS2 controller, yay! It's been only 4 months of waiting, haha ;). Have the other 2 with me and if I can't find the return service thingy (where they pay the postage), I am not sending them back, I'll just fix the used controller myself.

And feedback has been withdrawn :p

which one was he advertising Dan? and which one did you receive?

did the pic in the listing look like a real home-made pic, or a stock photo?

it should have been the Brazil gp 1st point plain engine cover, but you got the one with Allianz engine cover?

might have just been a genuine mix up when he packaged them up.

you should have his email address though, cos you get an email when you win/buy something with the sellers' details. try emailing him.

Not to mention, if you get no reply in some 10 days, write e-Bay and setup the complaint center or something like it, so at least you get your money back or something.

i might go after a GameGear, they were great back in the day. i had a Gameboy, but the colour screen of the GameGear had me envious (is that a word?) of friends who had them.
