Sound issues

I have sound when I play music or play my computer games, but when I try to watch videos like on youtube I get no sound, does anyone know how to fix this.

Erm.. grasping somewhat... if you have Vista or 7 you've turned the sound down for you internet browser? Click on the sound (volume) icon in the system tray, then click on 'mixer' - your browser should appear in the list of applications.

//edit: if your browser doesn't appear, close the mixer, then in your browser start a Youtube video or something, then reopen the mixer.
